I liked the clothes that were well-fitted and stylish. However, I was unaware that I had to bear the postage cost for returning 4 items. The postage cost amounted to £46, which is not refundable unless the item is defective. Hence, I feel like I've wasted my money since it's not worth returning them. I would recommend only purchasing items that you're certain you won't need to return.

The quality of unbranded items can vary greatly. The clothes don't usually fit people from the West. Returning them isn't cost-effective; it's more practical to give them as gifts, so make your choices carefully.

They've removed the Australian return address, which means you now have to shell out $60-$80 for return shipping to their Hong Kong warehouse. It's absurd and their customer service is of no help. While their prices can be high, they frequently offer sales, especially during special holidays. The only downside is their slow shipping. My order took over three weeks to reach me in Norway, despite opting for express shipping which was supposed to take less than two weeks. However, this didn't bother me much as I was quite satisfied with the condition of the products upon arrival.

I typically get my package within a week and a half, but my recent sunscreen order has taken much longer. The packaging is generally good and protects the product well, but the shipping has been a letdown

I purchased a pink plaid button-up shirt on 1/3/23. It was not delivered until July 1/20/23. The actual product does not match the photo. The photo showed a flannel appearance, but the actual material is of low quality, transparent, and very stiff. Also, the sizing is quite small. I usually order large to extra-large, but in this case, I would have had to order a double extra-large or more for it to fit properly. Unfortunately, they won't accept a return because it has to be made within two weeks, and I missed that period.

I always place orders over $109 to qualify for express shipping, which is incredibly quick compared to Stylevana's 45-day delivery time. This is my preferred website for Korean beauty products and some clothing items for my teenage daughter.

I took a picture of the broken palette in the box and messaged them about the damaged eyeshadow. They informed me that a response might take some time, so I waited. To my surprise, I only had to wait a day before they informed me that a new palette would be sent. Three days later, I received an email notifying me that the replacement palette had been shipped. Yesstyle provided an excellent customer service experience.
