I'm writing this review out of sheer frustration with the customer service. I opted for priority and tracked shipping to ensure a friend's birthday gift would arrive on time. Yet, more than three weeks have passed since I placed the order, and my package is nowhere to be seen. Interestingly, my friend who chose non-priority shipping got her parcel a week ago, even though she ordered it 10 days after me. I find this service unacceptable. Moreover, my inquiries about compensation have been met with either automated responses or complete silence.

Plus, the prices are more affordable compared to other online Korean stores. However, the website could use some improvements as it's somewhat slow and the search function is a bit clunky. I couldn't find all the products using the site's search, so I had to use Google and then click on the Stylevana link from the suggested purchase tab.

I'm not sure where to begin. My order has been in process for two weeks, and I just received an email stating that they need proof of identification and address. This is after two weeks of processing my order. I find this puzzling because none of the people I know who have ordered from here have been asked for these documents.
