I am rather disappointed that I had to shell out an additional 6 dollars just to return my items. To make matters worse, they didn't refund the amount to my initial payment method, but instead, provided a store credit. This alone has discouraged me from shopping with them again.

Furthermore, the quality of the items was subpar, as they seemed to be made of cheap material. It's quite disheartening that they only offer refunds in the form of store credit and also expect customers to bear the shipping cost for returns.

I purchased this swimsuit for my holiday and I can't begin to count the number of praises I got. The fabric is incredibly soft and comfortable, and the colors are just right! It's really flattering, especially since I'm 4'11 and weigh 105 lbs. I appreciate the coverage it provides and how well it maintains its shape even when in water.

As someone who typically wears an XL in pants and a L in shirts, I decided to order a 3X romper for a roomier and baggier fit. However, my expectations were far from met. The items I received were shockingly short, failing to provide adequate coverage even for my chest. I can't help but question the company's sizing metrics. It seems as if they're catering to individuals under 5 feet tall, yet advertising these sizes as suitable for average-sized individuals.

This issue extended to another item I purchased, which, to my dismay, is non-returnable. I find it unacceptable that the store does not offer returns for ill-fitting items. The quality of the jewelry I purchased was extremely disappointing! I bought a variety of necklaces and earrings, all of which were of subpar quality and three of them were even defective. I just got my order yesterday and, as usual, everything appeared fine. However, I immediately wore the black shorts and they tore from both sides. Today, I wore the hot pink pair and experienced the same issue. I'm a big fan of this boutique and almost everything I've purchased previously has been of excellent quality, except for these two pairs of shorts. Their website is not up-to-date, leading to situations where you place an order, only to be informed later that an item is out of stock. Their approach to this issue is to refund the money for the unavailable item, which was part of a set (a top and bottom), and then inform you that the rest of the order has already been shipped. Consequently, you're left waiting to receive the incomplete order before you can initiate a return. Their shipping service is also substandard, often taking more than three weeks for orders to be delivered. Pink Lily, you've lost a long-standing customer! I certainly won't be recommending you to anyone. To illustrate my point, here are a picture of the jeans I recently bought from you, which arrived already ripped! Absolutely unbelievable!

However, I must mention that a small number of their items lack quality. But worry not, their exceptional customer service steps in to rectify any issues with such items. On the downside, they only provide store credit for returns, and they deduct $6 from your refund for each return. I find this disappointing, especially since most online businesses that offer gift cards usually cover the return costs, considering they essentially retain your money.

They not only offer trendy fashion at a reasonable price, but their service is also first-rate!

I made a purchase but inadvertently omitted my discount code at the final payment stage. Consequently, I reached out to the customer service department to see if they could assist.

Promptly, I received a response indicating they would credit the discount amount back to my card.

I received a dress from Pink Lily that unfortunately came with a tear. To add to the disappointment, the dress wasn't even the right size and when I tried to exchange it, I found out that my size was already sold out. Now, getting my $46 refund feels like a real struggle.

I might reconsider shopping with them if they revise their returns policy to make it more customer-friendly. However, the poor quality of the dress material has made me skeptical. I'm hesitant to shop here again if they don't start issuing refunds in the original form of payment within a reasonable timeframe after a return.

The sizing is utterly inaccurate. It's not suitable for women with a fuller bust or curvy figures. I usually wear a medium that fits loosely in most other brands. However, I ordered two dresses from Pink Lily and I couldn't even get them over my chest. The medium sizes I ordered felt more like an extra small.

The fabric also leaves much to be desired - it's low-quality and unflattering. Both dresses arrived wrinkled due to poor packaging. They feel like they're made from bargain store material, yet carry a hefty price tag.

Reliable brand! I appreciate that they're a homegrown business from KY, having grown from humble beginnings. There are instances when the products don't exactly match how they appear on the models (thanks to great photography and posing), but overall, I'm fairly satisfied with my shopping experience. I'm likely to shop here more frequently once the shipping times are back to usual.
