    No unlimited free shipping

    I've been a loyal Zulily customer for 15 years, and I've been paying an annual fee for free shipping. However, today, when I tried to place an order, I was unexpectedly charged for shipping. When I reached out to them, I was informed that the unlimited shipping program was currently "on hold" and would not be respected. They attributed this to the transition to a new online platform, but couldn't provide a timeline for when my remaining unlimited shipping period would be reinstated. I've noticed a significant decline in customer service and quality over the past couple of years, and now with this latest issue, I've decided to part ways with Zulily. It's truly a pity, as it used to be an excellent site.

    I've been a regular customer for many years, making purchases intermittently, and I've always been extremely pleased with my orders. However, the order I received this week was a complete letdown. The quality, material, and stitching were subpar. I recently heard that the company changed hands some time ago. The items I ordered are destined for the trash! I will not be placing any more orders with them.

    My order was quite substantial. Their website consistently provided me with updates on the shipping status. All 10 pairs of shoes arrived promptly and exactly as I had ordered. Absolutely flawless.

    Poor Quality

    In April, I bought two products, but had to send one back due to poor quality, which I had to pay for. I decided to keep the second item, but didn't get a chance to wear it until May. Unfortunately, after just one use, it started to pill and has since become unwearable. It wasn't a budget purchase either, costing nearly $40! It's doubtful that I will be shopping with Zulily in the future, as I have concerns about the quality of their products and the fact that customers have to bear the cost of returns.

    3 pairs of shoes are different from the pictures

    As a customer sharing my shopping experience, I must say all three pairs of shoes I received were of extremely low quality. Each pair was individually packed in a plastic bag, which was then placed in another plastic bag along with other items. Unfortunately, these bags arrived torn. The shoes themselves were completely flat and creased. They were not crafted from leather, contrary to what I expected.

    The red pair in particular had visible stitching and the material was poorly cut. The toe strap was also loose. The brown and white shoes were no better, as they wouldn't stay on my feet when I walked due to overly loose straps. These pairs also had creases.

    I have decided to dispose of these shoes. Even though I could return them, the store only offers credit and I have no intention of purchasing anything from them again.

    Not as pictures!

    The images presented one expectation, but the quality of the products upon arrival was quite another. I'm extremely disappointed with my most recent acquisitions. The materials used are incredibly low-grade!

    Quality beddings

    As a proprietor of a three-room bed and breakfast, I source all my bedding and towel sets from this store. I am absolutely enamored with the quality, and my guests have given rave reviews about the bedding. The colors and quality of all the products are commendable. Additionally, I've also purchased a plethora of Christmas gifts from here. My family enjoys the humorous t-shirts I get them, and I personally appreciate the quality work shirts I buy for myself. The quality is truly fantastic!

    Cheap quality but high price

    I made a purchase of clothing and footwear worth over $700 from Zulily.com. To my dismay, the quality and craftsmanship of the products were extremely disappointing. The shoes were delivered with dents and scratches, and they were not even the right size. The clothing items were poorly made with substandard materials. I won't be placing any more orders with them.

    The quality of the clothing has significantly declined

    I used to love Zulily. The apparel was impressive and the product descriptions accurate. However, my recent purchases have been disappointing, with the descriptions not matching the actual products. They were labeled as 65% cotton, but the delivered items didn't contain any cotton at all. They were of low-quality, resembling bagged Halloween costumes. The material was completely synthetic. The size was off too, with the medium fitting like an XL. They bore no resemblance to the online images. I wouldn't dare to wear these clothes, either inside or outside my home, and their return policy is terrible. They levy a charge for returns and only offer store credit. I'm giving them 2 stars solely because I've had better experiences with their non-clothing items.

    Fake fragrance

    As a customer eager to purchase a few of my favorite scents from Zulily, I was deeply disappointed when I discovered that the order I received was counterfeit. The fragrances were off, likely due to the synthetic ingredients used. As someone well-versed in fragrances, I noticed that the box claimed the products were made in Switzerland. I feel it's important to caution other customers about purchasing fragrances from Zulily. Currently, I'm in the process of returning the six bottles I purchased.

    Poor quality and inconsistant sizes

    It's crucial to thoroughly read the fine print as not all products from this site are returnable, and if they are, you'll be responsible for shipping and a restocking fee. I purchased an item which fit perfectly. However, when I reordered the same item in the same size, it was too small, indicating poor quality control. To add to the frustration, I discovered that the product couldn't be returned. I would advise against purchasing from this site.

    Fraud

    I purchased kitchen tools from Zulily, which were advertised as being made in Germany. However, upon their arrival, it was evident that they were actually made in China. I had paid a premium price for what I believed were German-made products, and was extremely disappointed. This false advertising is not only misleading but also illegal in the US.

    When I first contacted their customer service, the representative confirmed that the products were indeed advertised as made in Germany on their website. She asked me to send her pictures of the labels and the packing slip, promising to discuss the matter with their "buying team" and get back to me. Unfortunately, she never did.

    I reached out again today and spoke to a floor supervisor. What was most distressing was her indifference towards the company's illegal activities and their fraudulent behavior towards me. She simply kept offering a full refund, showing no remorse or responsibility. It's clear to me that Zulily and this supervisor lack moral integrity. They seem to have no concern for truthfulness, product quality, or the standard of their customer service.

    Not as pictured

    I purchased the Piano leggings based on reviews stating their exceptional length, as I am quite tall. They indeed live up to their claim of being long and offer a decent fit. However, I must express my disappointment as the leggings do not match the image displayed. The side that is supposed to depict piano keys merely presents black and white stripes instead of actual keys. This has left me quite disheartened.

    Fading silver ring

    I've always been a fan of Zulily until my recent experience... I purchased a ring that was supposedly made of sterling silver, but the silver color faded... When I reached out to return the item, pointing out the false advertising, I was told that I would have to pay nearly $10 for the return shipping. To add insult to injury, they continue to market the ring as sterling silver.

    sent me wrong size

    As a frequent shopper, I've experienced disappointment in around 80% of my orders. For instance, I once ordered snake print sandals in size 8, but they sent me a size 9! After calling customer service, they admitted their mistake and waived the shipping fee. Unfortunately, this wasn't a one-off incident. Now, they've informed me that the sandals are back in stock, but the price has jumped from the original $12.49 to $21.99. I must decline their offer. All I wanted was the shoes in the size I ordered, for the price I ordered them at!

    Awful return policy

    As a regular customer who spends over $80 daily on Zulily, I typically keep around 85% of the items I purchase. However, there are times when I need to return some products due to sizing issues or unclear product descriptions. I usually accumulate a decent amount of items before initiating a return. In the past, the return process has been satisfactory, but recently I was charged a return fee of $44.75. I find this fee to be exorbitant and as a result, I will be more cautious with my purchases moving forward.

    Enjoy shopping at Zulily

    My main issue with Zulily is their policy regarding orders that don't ship by the expected date. If an order doesn't ship on time, it gets automatically canceled, without giving me the option to wait or cancel it myself. I've experienced this at least three times, and each time, I was more than willing to wait for my order. On two occasions, the items were important gifts. This policy has caused me quite a bit of frustration.

    However, I must commend their customer service, which has been nothing short of excellent. I've interacted with them several times and they've always been helpful and friendly, going out of their way to rectify any issues. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable, earning them an A++ in my book.

    As for their pricing, it's generally competitive. I'm a bargain hunter, so I appreciate the additional discounts on clearance items, which makes me shop more, whether in-store or online. I typically shop for fall/winter clearance items from January to March and spring/summer clearance items from August to October. I'm not sure how much control Zulily has over their pricing, but it's something they should definitely review.

    In conclusion, I enjoy shopping at Zulily.

    As a frequent shopper, I've invested a significant amount of money in Zulily products and, in general, I've been quite satisfied. However, recently, I've noticed a decline in the quality of their clothing and jewelry. Instead of returning these items, I've chosen to donate them to a local charity. Additionally, the flat-rate shipping can occasionally exceed the cost of the individual item I'm interested in, which deters me from making a purchase. Despite these issues, I continue to endorse Zulily to others as it remains a place where excellent deals can be discovered.

    A few years ago, I was quite fond of Zulily, but my impression has dwindled over the past year or so. It appears that items are only discounted by $10 or less, which is essentially offset by the shipping cost. I've noticed that I can find the same items from other online vendors at a cheaper price or at least the same as Zulily's. Moreover, the quality of the products has significantly declined. However, I must commend your customer service, which I would rate five stars!
