    I appreciate the reasonable pricing of the toddler beds. RTG understands that a toddler bed is a transitional piece and prices it accordingly without compromising on quality.

    I would advise potential buyers to be cautious. I bought new furniture and waited 7 months for delivery. A few months later, the top finish of the dresser peeled off, revealing the wood underneath. Both Rooms To Go and Fortegra warranty denied my claim, stating it was not a manufacturing defect. Both companies seem to be scams.

    I hope that my orders will be consolidated for delivery. I spent nearly $10,000 on furniture while in the midst of a military move. However, changing my delivery address and requesting a specific delivery date resulted in several issues. Despite these challenges, ordering another set was straightforward. The whole process has been quite frustrating.

    The store associates were friendly and helpful, and the furniture seemed to be of good quality. However, the delivery time for in-stock items was 18 days, which I find excessive.

    The website is full of glitches. Items are listed as in stock but are unavailable upon viewing the page. I had to use an incognito tab to finally check out. I hope that the delivery and product quality will be better.

    Navigating the website and selecting items was somewhat challenging. The website's layout is not user-friendly and it takes a long time to browse through. If you lose your spot, you have to start all over.

    The quality of the furniture is poor and the warranty feels like a scam. I bought two "top grain leather" sofas in 2021 for $3,100. They are already falling apart despite minimal use. The warranty does not cover the leather defects and stitchwork.

    It matches our home's tile color scheme perfectly, which is quite a rarity. The table is sturdy and thick but it scratches easily.

    So, I always use a tablecloth with it. The tabletop is incredibly delicate, so unless you plan on never using or touching it, be careful when purchasing! It's beautiful, but fragile.

    Two years down the line, and it's still in tip-top condition. It's held up remarkably well, considering our house is full of people and we frequently flop onto it. The sofa's been incredibly supportive and even though the cushioning isn't as high as when we first got it, it's still super comfy.

    I often sit cross-legged or in a yoga-style pose on it. Standing at 6 feet with long legs, I find it incredibly comfortable and deep enough to sit in with ease.

    I purchased dining room chairs in November 2019, which started peeling by June 2023. Despite minimal use, two more chairs started peeling. Customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful.

    I purchased a sofa and love seat with a warranty, which was supposed to cover pet damage and stains. However, when I claimed for accidental damage, the warranty provider denied it citing pet damage. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, they continue to deny my claim. There is no option to dispute their decision. I wouldn't consider buying this so-called "coverage" again as it feels like a scam.
