I like this belt. I have been aquaculture for more than 10 years and have tried a lot of belts, which is my best balance and comfort.

You can't imagine how excited I am because I don't have to bounce off at both ends. I don't need to swim and dive in the swimming pool to find them. Even after the hardest workout, everything is in good condition. I got amazing exercise. A product of good quality and low price.

These "barbells" weigh only about a pound. But underwater they provide considerable resistance. How many more? It's worth about 25 pounds. You can buy water fitness "weight" (I think resistance bar is a more appropriate term) to provide more resistance, but none of these can exceed these prices from Speedo. If you don't fit before you use them, you'll find it challenging to use them for an hour in a typical water class. It is worth noting that floating resistance rods like this are different from the fan-shaped plastic versions found in most gyms. They work by saying that when you push and pull water, the resistance of the water works. However, this is achieved by forcing them to work below. Therefore, the biggest difference is that you have only one direction of resistance. The actual effect is that you will exercise the opposite muscles on land. Therefore, the arm curl works with the triceps, not the biceps, when these resistance bars are completed. Triceps curl acts on biceps. That is to say, it means a lot to your water workout, and it's well worth buying. Price.

I'm 6 feet 195 pounds tall. Swimming exercises generally include 1800 meters and 400-500 meters, which will be associated with pulling buoys. This buoy is very comfortable and will not slip during my tension training. I can paddle with or without oars. I can also flip comfortably with a buoy.

I like the weight. After having several other sets of belts fastened with nylon buckles, when I saw these, I thought, "Yes!" Those who have a magic belt have a prickly part of the belt. And because the weight is not usually long enough to bypass your legs, this means that prickly nylon buckles will scratch your skin or bite your socks. Then, the nylon buckle must be very strong to maintain the weight, and eventually wear and tear, making the weight useless. So my previous pair was soft neoprene with Velcro at the end. These are better, but still not great, because the nylon buckles don't match and I'm still scratched or stuck in socks. The nylon buckle was finally exhausted. That's why I like these things so much. I can see that this will continue for many more years. I'm not wearing it in the water. The only small problem is that once you put it on and adjust it, the extra part of the strap hangs down, so they have a nylon clasp at the end of the strap, so you can stick it on it, don't worry, that's good, but one of them lacks Velcro at the end of the strap. But because these are great, I can't take off a whole star because of such a small problem. ". I bought some nylon buckles at a local store, and that's why I cut out a piece and attached it to it, and I didn't expect to take it off again, because I was the only one who could use weight. I like the fact that they are soft and long enough to put on top.

I didn't realize that what I thought was good for my legs ended up being a great core exercise because I spent too much time trying to put my legs down! This is definitely an interesting turn in my morning water routine, especially in deep water. I hope the belts are connected to the float, but otherwise, I think they will work very well. Please pay attention to.

It's a great product for water sports. They are good for the strength of the upper body in the pool. The huge water returned to the pool. If you do aerobics on water, they are a good tool.

I exercise in the swimming pool because my knees and back are related to arthritis. I initially ordered a belt and these discs. Forget the belt! These discs are the greatest thing since sliced bread. I'm glad I ordered them instead of barbells. I can extend my arms to one side, which makes me float at the end of the abyss. The best thing for them is that I can do any kind of swimming stroke and use these to get a great exercise on my arm! I love these CDs! Is anyone interested in buying belts? Ha! ha!
