I purchased two items from this company, and my experience has been far from satisfactory. The first item, a ladies blouse made in China, arrived after a week. The quality was abysmal - the worst I have ever come across. I strongly advise against patronizing this company.

As for the second item, it never arrived. After a month of waiting and numerous emails sent, I had no choice but to involve my bank to arrange a chargeback due to fraudulent charges for goods not received. I cannot stress this enough - steer clear of this company. Their goods, from China, are of extremely poor quality.

One month post-purchase, I finally received my items and they were subpar. I spent $82 on a shirt and dress, which turned out to be a colossal blunder. The quality was disappointing, and to add insult to injury, they refused to facilitate a return without charging me for it. They even had the audacity to offer me a measly $5 and suggested I keep the inferior garments! Their customer service is absolutely appalling. The dress lacked lining and bore no resemblance to the picture advertised. I strongly advise against purchasing from this site and have taken the step of reporting them.

I made a purchase from the Canadian site, but was surprised to find out that returns have to be shipped back to the US. The shipping costs are exorbitantly high, making it quite uneconomical to return any products. Fellow Canadians, I'd advise against ordering from this site, as the costs of returning or exchanging items are simply too steep. There's no clear information regarding the return policy indicating that the returns have to be shipped internationally. Whether it's the USA or the UK, the return process is just not cost-effective. The high return costs make it not worth the purchase.

On March 16th, 2023, I placed an order for two swimsuits. The company acknowledged receiving my payment on the following day, March 17th, 2023. Despite four interactions with customer service, who assured me they had upgraded my order to "expedited", the items were not shipped until April 3rd, 2023.

As of April 12th, 2023, my order has traveled from Los Angeles, CA to Woodridge, then to Chicago, IL, and finally to Elk Grove, IL, despite my residence being in Arizona, a neighboring state to California. It's been almost a month, making this delivery process feel as slow as a boat from China. To add to my frustration, the company keeps flooding my inbox with emails urging me to place more orders - an action I have no intention of taking!

This business is absolutely absurd! To begin with, the material they use is the poorest quality I've ever come across, making me feel like I'm donning a ridiculous diaper. I had to order an XXL size despite being a large woman. It took over a month for my order to arrive in the US, and the company representatives kept pacifying me by saying, "just wait till you get your order, you'll be thrilled." But no, this is the worst swimsuit I've ever purchased. I even had to insert my own padding into the top to provide double support for my breasts! It's outrageous that an international business is exploiting customers in the United States in this manner. This website should be shut down immediately. They shouldn't be allowed to sell anything. I wouldn't even want to wear this in public, let alone get it wet and see what happens! This is a ridiculously cheap business that is blatantly scamming people.
