What’s Quince Return & Exchange Policy?
Quince offers a generous return and exchange policy, allowing customers to return or exchange items within a full year (365 days) from the date of purchase.
However, certain conditions must be met for the return or exchange to be accepted. Items should be in their original packaging and should not have been worn or washed, with the exception of bedding.
Bedding items can be returned even if they have been used or washed, but must still be returned within the 365-day period. Underwear should be tried on over existing underwear, and can only be returned if the tags are still attached and the items are in their original packaging. Diamond jewelry that has a 0.50ct or larger diamond must be returned with its original certificate.
