The company's return policy indicates that return shipping fees are exclusive to international returns, and their website claims they operate out of California, USA. However, when I attempted to process a return, I was unexpectedly charged for return shipping. Upon contacting their support team for clarification, the representative informed me that their actual location is in the UK, and as such, only UK customers are eligible for complimentary return shipping.

I strongly advise against making a purchase from this place; you'll want to avoid the $6 return fee. I placed an order for three items, including a lovely white summer dress that appeared quite charming in the online photos. However, what arrived in my mailbox was a dress that resembled a white garbage bag—it was absolutely appalling! I double-checked my order to ensure I wasn't losing my mind. It turns out the dress I had selected was unavailable in my size; I can only surmise they decided to send me this unsightly substitute rather than simply notifying me via email that it was out of stock and issuing a refund. In the end, I returned the entire order since the other items didn't fit—they were too large.

A month back, I purchased a pair of boots that looked absolutely lovely. However, upon arrival, I was taken aback to find that they were two sizes too large. Despite adhering to their size chart, which indicated I should be a size 8 (U.S.), the boots are excessively large and unwearable for me. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I reached out to their customer service, only to feel as though I was conversing with an automated system. They insisted the size was correct and offered a refund, yet expected me to cover the return shipping costs. Given that the boots cost $30 and the additional return fee was $10, it didn't seem reasonable to pay again for their sizing mistake. Their final stance was that the size was correct and there was nothing further they could do. Consequently, I'm left with these oversized boots that I can't even sell. It's been a complete waste of both money and time. I advise against purchasing from them, as they don't even provide a phone number to speak with a real person.

The item I received was not as depicted on the Nasty Gal website. Up until this point, I've had a satisfactory experience with the brand, but as a repeat customer, I expected better assistance from their team. The product I purchased bears little resemblance to its online representation. Moreover, I'm disappointed that I'm responsible for the shipping fees to return an item that was inaccurately described. It was supposed to be white, but it was far from it.

I have made the decision to not make any future purchases from NastyGal due to the subpar quality of their products. The bag I received was poorly constructed, with sections left unstitched, forcing me to finish the job myself on my sewing machine. Additionally, the representation of item fits on their website is misleading. Despite being the same size 8 as the model depicted, the bum bag and belt I ordered did not fit me in the same manner. It has been an unfortunate expenditure of both my time and money.

I recently made my inaugural purchase from NastyGal, despite having encountered predominantly negative feedback about the company. Given the unique shape of my feet, which are a size 8.5 with a wide build, I seldom buy shoes online. My wide feet sometimes necessitate wearing a size as large as 10, depending on the shoe's design and construction, which complicates the shopping process even further. Nevertheless, I took a chance and ordered two pairs of heels in size 9 US. I opted to size up by half from my usual 8.5 and, to my delight, it was the right call! The heels are incredibly chic, adorable, and they fit perfectly.

Initially, there was a small issue when they couldn't verify my address, resulting in the return of the items. However, I promptly contacted them through Facebook, and they responded within two minutes, offering an apology and the choice between a refund or resending the shoes with express overnight delivery. This was the sole snag in my entire ordering experience. Impressively, the shoes arrived only two days later. I'm thoroughly pleased with my purchase. For those who are also half-size wearers, at least when it comes to heels (as that's all I can vouch for), I would suggest sizing up for the best fit.
