The dress I got didn't match the size chart at all. It didn't fit as promised. The fabric was too thin, scratchy, and had loose threads. The zipper was poorly attached. I had to send it back right away and even pay for the shipping. I won't buy from Showpo again. The dress cost too much for its quality. It looked and felt like a cheap table cloth. This is my first bad review, but I believe if you're charging a lot for clothes, they should at least be good enough to wear.

I bought 3 dresses for a total of 200 dollars. One dress alone cost me 100 dollars! The quality is really bad. For the prices they charge at Showpo, you can find better and fashionable dresses somewhere else. The 100-dollar dress came damaged (it was ripped and the zipper was broken). I'm currently trying to return it and get my money back, but it seems like a long and difficult process.

The material of the dress was good. The dress looked just like it did in the photo. However, the dress's zipper was broken. When I attempted to put it on for a party, the zipper broke.

My experience with Showpo was terrible. I was thrilled to order a wedding dress from them, but I mistakenly ordered it twice. I realized my error immediately and contacted customer service to cancel one order. The woman I spoke with assured me that she had cancelled it and I could reorder the next day after receiving confirmation.

However, the next day, another person told me they couldn't cancel my order because it had already been shipped. I was baffled because I knew the dress hadn't been shipped when I called them 5 minutes after ordering, and I was told it would be cancelled. Still, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and followed their advice to apply for a refund for the extra order once I received it.

As soon as I received the package, I requested a refund. I kept one dress and sent the other one back in the same condition it arrived. It's been over 2 weeks since I returned it. I just talked to another customer service representative who told me my return was "on hold". I have no clue what that means, and no one ever explained it to me. I asked for more details about what that means and I'm still waiting for a response.

I've shopped here before and wasn't happy with the quality. The last time was even more annoying as they sent me the wrong size. Returning it was hard. Don't buy here, it's not worth the hassle!

I'm really upset! My first order wasn't delivered to my daughter's dorm and got sent back. I had to exchange 26 emails to finally get a refund because they mistakenly applied it to Australia, even though I'm in the US. They wouldn't send the original dress we ordered to my house, and by the time they gave me a refund, it was sold out. I had to buy a different dress and it was way too big. I ordered a size 8, but they sent a size 12, saying it's the same as an 8. But there's no way it'll fit her without major alterations. I had to send lots of emails again. I'm returning it, but they won't give me my money back, only store credit. I have to go through this whole process again. I've never had so much trouble buying a dress!

The sizes between the US and Australia are confusing. Dealing with customer service has been a constant back-and-forth of emails. They only give store credit, not refunds.

I bought a wedding dress and another dress from Showpo. They said it would arrive in 7-11 working days, but it didn't. After a month and several messages, they finally offered me a replacement for both dresses. More than a month after my first order, I got the replacement but there was only one dress. When I asked why, they said the other dress was out of stock. They should have told me this when they sent my order and given me my money back. Then, I saw that the dress they sent was almost $100 cheaper than the one I ordered and returned. I messaged them about this but no one replied. I've never had a problem like this with any other company. This company is terrible and it's been awful dealing with them. Don't waste your money, shop somewhere else.

The dress I got was oversized, so I sent it back and got store credit (with free return!). They even rushed my store credit after I showed them I'd shipped the item, ensuring I could buy the right size. I'm really pleased with their speedy reply and customer care!

I bought a few items from Showpo that are very fashionable. I liked the wide range of products on their website, I managed to get amazing 2-piece outfits and dresses. The sizes were a bit bigger than I thought - I hope they had smaller sizes available. Delivery was pretty fast (3-4 days in Australia). The process for sending back items is simple and user-friendly.

The customer support was excellent, I'm really pleased with how they managed my order when I had some problems with payment. The delivery was fast. The items were of great quality and they fit perfectly. I strongly suggest this and I'll be buying more in the future!

I at last purchased a heap of outfits from Showpo in December. Sadly, some of the dresses just didn't fit me right. I sent them back and could follow the delivery. There was a time when my money back wasn't handled as quickly as they said, but they sorted it out right away on the day I reached out to them. It's a pleasant difference from other sites that take forever, aren't clear, and use robots for customer help. I'm truly thankful for it.

I sent back an item about a month ago and didn't get my money back. The tracking said it got to the warehouse in California, but they didn't deal with it, even though the company is in Australia. I got in touch with the company in Australia and they got back to me fast and looked into it. When they saw that I did send back the item right, they gave me my refund fast.
