Lulus offers a fairly straightforward return and exchange policy. Customers have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to postmark any returns.
If you manage to return your package within the first 10 days of receiving it, you won't have to worry about return shipping costs - Lulus will cover that.
However, if you return it after the initial 10 days, a shipping fee of $4.99 and a restocking fee of $1.49 per item will be deducted from your refund.
As for exchanges, they're available for US orders on eligible products. Lulus will promptly send you a new size of the item you want to exchange at no additional cost.
But remember, if you don't return the unwanted size within 10 days of starting the exchange process, you will be charged. Unfortunately, international orders aren't eligible for exchanges.
