The apparel selection is quite inconsistent, tending more towards misses than hits. There's a significant discrepancy in sizing across different items, and the overall quality leaves much to be desired. The most frustrating aspect is their no-refund policy. If your experience is anything like mine, you'll find yourself caught in an endless cycle of exchanges, compounded by the annoyance of a $10 return shipping fee every time.

In July 2023, I purchased a dress but didn't get around to trying it on at the time. When I finally decided to wear it, I discovered a defect. The zipper was so poorly constructed that it caused the dress to be misshapen on one side. Despite the fact that four months had elapsed since I bought the dress, when I contacted customer service via phone, they promptly agreed to process a refund.

The dress itself was quite attractive, offering both excellent quality and value for the price. Unfortunately, it seems I just had an unlucky experience with the stitching on my particular garment.

I must express my dissatisfaction with the return policy. When purchasing several dresses, I took the precaution of selecting multiple sizes, knowing that finding the right fit can be tricky. The return process appeared straightforward at first. However, I was taken aback to find myself saddled with a non-refundable charge of $193 for shipping and duties, far exceeding the $108 price tag of the dress I ultimately chose. I placed an order with Petal and Pup for a quartet of items - a pair of dresses, one shirt, and a blazer. The fit of the garments was true to size and they largely matched the online representations. Nonetheless, upon closer inspection, it's apparent that the quality is significantly lacking given the price point. The fabric feels cheap, and the finishing touches leave much to be desired, with buttons that seem hastily attached and a multitude of hanging threads. Disappointingly, a couple of the items arrived with holes. Despite the fact that the shipment originates from Australia, the labels reveal they're manufactured in China. The fit was generally pleasing, except for the blazer, which was unexpectedly bulky and more akin to a coat than what was shown. In essence, while the clothing items are stylish, their cost is not justified by their quality.
