I've made three separate purchases from this company. The initial order, which was supposed to arrive with standard 7-day shipping, ended up taking a full month before the status even updated to "delivered," and ultimately, the package never arrived—it was lost. Giving them another chance, I opted for the expedited 2-day shipping they heavily promote for my second order. Disappointingly, it took a whole week to arrive, and to make matters worse, the order was incomplete. Consequently, I was compelled to place a third order for a skirt, which I chose to have overnight shipped. Regrettably, they failed to deliver on the promised overnight service.

I submitted a substantial order for 50 pieces, all identical in design but in a range of sizes. Regrettably, I ended up with only 48 items, including one size I hadn't requested, and was short three items. For over a week, I've been in a constant back-and-forth with customer support in an attempt to resolve the issue, but all they've done is set up a series of obstacles for me. I must say, this has been the most disappointing purchase I've ever experienced. It was my debut attempt at buying from this company, and I can assure you, it will also be the last. My order was placed around the 25th of April, and it wasn't until the 7th of May that it arrived. The lengthy wait should have been a red flag. When the package finally landed in my hands after a near two-week delay, everything inside was oversized and the quality of the fabric was subpar. Despite requesting a size 18 for all my items, what I received was a size 24.

Upon reaching out to their customer service, the interaction was far from pleasant. The representative was rather brusque and explained that their sizing was UK-based. This was confusing, as their website did not specify this and presented the sizes as standard. I live in the US and this detail was not made clear on their site. When I requested a refund, I was informed that while a refund was possible, any size exchanges would require a completely new order. Moreover, I was expected to pay a $4 return fee to send back the incorrectly sized items, even though the error was on their end. I strongly advise against ordering from this website—save yourself the time and frustration.

The two dresses I acquired bear little resemblance to the pictures displayed online and are unfortunately undersized. Strangely, a cardigan I ordered in the same size fits perfectly, yet the dresses do not. Additionally, the craftsmanship is subpar, with one of the dresses arriving punctured and loose threads adorning both garments. To compound matters, their customer service remains elusive; my attempts to contact them via email are met with automated responses stating they are not accepting emails at present. This has been the most frustrating online shopping ordeal I've ever encountered, and I am resolute in my decision to refrain from future purchases from this retailer.
