I'm really disappointed with my shopping at Jomashop. I bought a pricey watch that broke down twice in just a week. I sent it back within the 30-day return period they promised, with all the packaging just like it was new. But they wouldn't take it back. They just wanted to fix it and send it back to me, even though I told them I didn't want that. If you're thinking of buying from them, just know that you might not be able to return your purchase.

I've picked up a bunch of watches from this place over time, but I've decided I won't be buying from them anymore. When you get a watch from Joma, if something goes wrong, you have to count on them to fix it. That's because they're a "grey market" seller – they're not officially allowed to sell those watch brands. They get their watches from the official shops, so if your watch breaks, the company that made it won't help you out with the warranty.

I bought my usual perfume, Atelier Clementine California, in two bottles from Jomashop because they don't sell it in U.S. stores like Sephora anymore. What I got seems fake or ruined. Even though the box looked good, it didn't smell right at all. I know this scent well because I use it every day, and this was nothing like it. It was more like the smell of alcohol wipes than perfume.

I reached out to their customer service, and they told me they'd have to check the scent themselves. They also said I'd have to pay for sending it back plus their shipping costs, which wasn't supposed to cost anything in the first place. I'm telling you, don't buy your perfume from them. I've seen plenty of other reviews saying their products are fake or just not good, and that their customer service isn't helpful.

As a teacher who's on her feet all day, comfy shoes are super important for me. My feet often hurt because of my shoes, but I hit the jackpot with some amazing shoes from Jomashop at a really good price. They got here fast too, in just 10 days, even though they came from another country. It was easy for me to keep an eye on where my package was and when it went through customs, which was really handy.

The shoes were packed nicely when they arrived, and the best part was how great the quality was. The leather was soft and didn't give me that usual new-shoe pain. I'm really happy with my buy from Jomashop and I'll definitely be shopping there more often.

Watch out, everyone! I wish I could give no stars at all! I bought some Costa Sunglasses as a Christmas gift. My buddy only put them on two times before the lens popped out. Jomashop wouldn't admit it was their fault, even though it was clear the glasses were broken or maybe even a knock-off! Genuine Costa Sunglasses shouldn't break so easily. They said they'd give me $15 to fix them, which is pretty useless. I lost $134 because of this.

Don't count on them if you get something broken, and I'm really starting to think the pair I got was a fake!

I bought a Bulova watch before and decided to get another one since I didn't have any issues the first time. It's a Citizen Eco-Drive watch, which is really nice quality and looks great. When I got it, the battery was dead, so it took a while to start working properly. I got a bit worried and reached out to customer service, but sadly, I didn't hear back from them. That was disappointing. But the watch itself is amazing. I placed my order on November 27th, it was sent out on the 29th with DHL, and I had it by December 6th.

The shipping takes a really long time. The website mentioned the item was ready to go, but they didn't even begin to send it out for nearly a week after I ordered it. It's possible they weren't honest about having the item, or maybe their shipping is just bad. I even paid extra for 2-day delivery.

I bought a watch, but the face was broken just like in the pictures they showed when selling it. They sent it to me broken. The band is all messed up, too, and this was after paying $1200. When I talked to customer service, they only gave me $40 to fix it and said I have to find a new band on my own. The service and quality are really bad.
