I received the incorrect item and instead of taking responsibility, they are blaming me for the mistake. They expect me to cover the shipping costs to return the item to Australia and are refusing to provide a refund. Their only solution is to offer store credit, but I have lost trust in their business and do not wish to make future purchases. This has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I strongly advise others to steer clear as it feels like a fraudulent situation. AVOID at all costs!

Ordering clothes online as a bigger and curvier person can be quite nerve-wracking, considering the inconsistency in sizing across different stores. However, as a First-Time Buyer, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Meshki, and I can confidently say that it won't be my last purchase from them. I decided to order the Gabby Dress in Size 18, and to my delight, it fit me flawlessly, accentuating all the right curves. The fabric quality is exceptional as well. Moreover, I was impressed by the swift delivery of my order, which arrived within just 2 days. Honestly, what more could I ask for?

As a customer from the UK, I recently purchased 5 dresses from this company. Unfortunately, I found that their sizing is way off. Despite being a UK 12/14, their size 12 was too big for me. When I attempted to return the dresses, I discovered that I would be charged a £14.95 return fee, which, though quite high, seems reasonable.

Additionally, I was surprised to find out that I would also be charged £67 for "duties." Although this information is available on their website, it is not clearly specified how much these charges would be. My main issue is not the lack of information, but rather the fact that it was not made clear during the ordering process that these charges are non-refundable. If I had known about these high return fees in advance, I would not have placed the order in the first place.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience as a customer of Meshki in the US. The level of customer service is severely lacking, as they only provide generic responses several days after any inquiry and show no real effort in addressing your concerns. I had ordered a dress with the expectation of receiving it in time for a New Year's Eve party (otherwise, I wouldn't have placed the order based on the website's misleading information). However, not only did the dress fail to arrive before NYE, but it took nearly four weeks from the date of purchase! Paying $9.99 for shipping only to wait a month is unacceptable.

Furthermore, the sizing at Meshki is significantly larger compared to other similar boutiques and stores. As a result, I now find myself with a dress that I no longer need and cannot wear. Meshki's store policies are incredibly unfavorable to customers, as they charge $16.99 for all returns in the US and Canada and only offer store credit. This means that I will be losing $125 due to their lack of customer-friendly policies.

I purchased two dresses from this company, but I found that the sizing on their website is inaccurate. Typically, I wear a size small, so I ordered both dresses in size small. However, both dresses turned out to be much larger than expected.

One of the dresses I ordered is called Jade. In the photo on the website, it appears to be white, but in reality, it is more of a grey color. Unfortunately, this means I cannot wear it for my engagement photoshoot.

I also purchased the Mariposa dress. I do not recall seeing any mention of it being a final sale on the website, but I am unable to return it either. (I only noticed the sign regarding returns for the Jade dress).

I reached out to the company via email, asking for assistance in either returning the items for store credit or exchanging them for the correct size and color. I simply wanted to ensure that my money was not wasted. However, they were unable to provide any help or offer a solution. I was not even requesting a refund, just hoping for their goodwill in assisting with exchanges.

I recently purchased a one piece from the final sale section and unfortunately, it had a minor stain on it. To address this issue, I decided to reach out to Meshki via email, attaching pictures of the problem and seeking guidance on how to resolve it. I was pleasantly surprised when they promptly responded within 24 hours, displaying a genuine kindness and concern.

Meshki wasted no time in rectifying the situation; they swiftly resolved the issue and generously offered me 120% store credit as compensation. What's more, they even allowed me to keep the faulty item! I must say, their customer service is truly exceptional!

This company is absolutely terrible!! I strongly advise against purchasing from them if you're outside of Australia. They sneakily add on extra fees that you're not aware of. I ended up paying a whopping £70 just to return my items as per their instructions. I had ordered two sets of dresses, so in total, I wasted £140 for absolutely nothing!

They conveniently fail to mention that in addition to the £15 return fee, they also deduct 'duties' from your refund. It's so deceitful how they hide the fact that they are based in Australia and that you'll be responsible for all these hidden charges.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience. Without any explanation, my order was unexpectedly cancelled on the scheduled delivery date. To make matters worse, I have an important event in just 3 days and no dress to wear. It's frustrating that customer service takes up to 3 business days to respond to emails, leaving me with limited options as it's too late to reorder the dresses. Moreover, there was no mention of how the refund process would be handled for the substantial amount of over £300. This situation has put me in a difficult position of having to find a dress within such a short timeframe. I typically don't write negative reviews, but this experience has left me truly frustrated.
