I was slightly upset that my order took quite a while to get to me. I didn't notice any information about the almost three months delivery time for my couch when I bought it. However, they did keep me updated about the delivery time through weekly emails

I'm really pleased with my sofa. It was simple to assemble. However, I'm not a fan of the fact that the cushions don't attach or stick to the back of the sofa. The delivery experience was not enjoyable. The delivery men arrived at my apartment complex and refused to bring the three large boxes up to my unit. It wouldn't have been a long walk to the elevator and then to my apartment, which is conveniently located right next to the elevator on my floor. They even had a cart to assist with this. This service was supposed to be part of my delivery package (room setup). The delivery men were impolite from the start, and when I tried to discuss the issue, one of them responded, "Okay, I don't care, can I put them right here?" and indicated the corner of the lobby in my building.

I don't believe Coleman actually keeps the furniture in stock. They operate online and place orders directly with the manufacturer, which is why their prices are so affordable. If the manufacturer doesn't have the furniture available or postpones the production, your order with Coleman will inevitably be postponed.

Sadly, I wasn't happy with my experience with this company. Their return policy isn't clear. They first told us that we would need to organize our own transport to return a 300lb couch. Furthermore, they demanded a 15% restocking fee. They initially said that we had agreed to these conditions when we bought the item, but later changed their story, stating that their return policy is a "general" one and doesn't apply to our specific situation.

The image displays 6 chairs, however, the description doesn't specify the number and I received only 4 chairs. The assembly was not done properly by the installers, forcing me to take apart and reassemble them.

I discovered the same outdoor furniture set at a nearby shop for an extra $600, plus delivery costs. I was happy to find the identical set at Coleman for a significantly lower price, with complimentary delivery and installation.

I'm quite pleased with certain aspects of the transaction, such as the simplicity of searching, shopping, and checking out on the website. Additionally, the price was the most affordable online.

The recliner seems sturdy and attractive. It's comfortable and offers a range of preset settings. My only issue is the lack of a setting that allows for sitting upright while the footrest is fully raised. Besides that, it's comfortable and user-friendly.

I had a really frustrating experience with them. I ordered a couch in November, which was originally set to arrive in January. However, the delivery date kept getting pushed back every week. I eventually had to cancel my order two weeks ago when it was delayed again until May. It's worth noting that I could have gotten the same couch from R&F or Ashley much earlier, but I chose Coleman because their prices were slightly lower.

I made multiple calls to confirm if my order was processed, but each time I was kept on hold for over 15 minutes and nobody ever picked up the call.

I was unable to get financing from Ashley Furniture for a bedroom set I truly desired. However, Coleman approved my loan. The furniture was delivered in perfect condition and the premium delivery service was excellent.

I bought a wall unit for my house for $946. Its build quality was disappointing and it was made from very low-quality material. When I tried to return it, the company charged me an extra 15% and $738 for delivery!

They regularly updated me through emails about the delivery time every week. Despite the last email stating an 8-9 weeks delivery time, the product arrived within a week.
