I've encountered several problems, all due to my own mistakes, and each time I've had an issue, be it with shipping, placing an order, design assistance, or order-related problems, they've promptly responded. Their assistance always surpasses my expectations. Moreover, every item I've purchased, from standing banners to business cards, and everything in between, consistently boasts of exceptional quality.

I recently ordered a few t-shirts for my budding coaching venture and the outcome was beyond my expectations. The prices were fantastic, the quality was top-notch and everything else about the process was simply great. I've now had multiple items from Zazzle delivered to me with printing mistakes. The first item, a coffee mug, had a skewed image print. I didn't bother notifying them about this as it was a minor issue and their first mistake. However, a few months later, I received a shower curtain with a printing error. Even the replacement for this curtain had the same issue! This leads me to believe that no one is actually overseeing the orders. They even try to pass off these errors as mere "scratches". My next course of action is to reach out to the artist who uses this platform for his artwork. It's quite frustrating to have my time wasted like this. In my opinion, Zazzle lacks both honesty and quality. (I've attached images of two different shower curtains. One has printing errors near the bottom and the other has a mistake on the tree trunk. Just to clarify, these are two different errors.)

I recently placed an order for business cards for the second time. My first experience was relatively smooth and straightforward, with the cards turning out quite well, save for one or two minor issues. However, my second batch was a complete disappointment. The cards arrived with damaged corners and were peeling back, with a majority of them exhibiting significant quality problems. I am extremely dissatisfied. These cards represent my business, and it's even more frustrating considering I paid extra for shipping, only to receive a damaged product. I will not be utilizing their services in the future. I am truly disheartened.

I've made three separate orders for blankets, and they are truly stunning. The service was incredibly swift, even though I reside in Canada. The craftsmanship is exceptional.

This was my inaugural purchase from zazzle.com and I must say, I'm satisfied with my acquisition. The clock, priced at $40, exceeded my expectations. It appears to be of substantial quality and to my delight, it arrived a few days ahead of the promised delivery date. Despite coming across a few negative reviews about this company, my personal experience has been quite positive. To date, I've had no need to initiate a return.

I made a purchase for a custom-made mug on the 2nd of December, 2020, intending it to be a birthday present for the 16th of December, 2020. The projected delivery date at the time of my order was the 10th of December. However, it's now the 17th of December and the item hasn't even been dispatched yet.

I reached out to customer service for the first time and was informed that my order would arrive between the 11th and 14th of December. But then, I received a message today stating that there's a delay in production and that it takes 10-12 days from the order date to ship the item. Considering that it's already been more than 12 days since I placed the order on the 2nd of December, the mug is still not ready.

If you're considering placing an order here, feel free to do so, but don't count on the item arriving by their stated delivery date. I'm quite disappointed with this experience. The only saving grace is that their customer service was relatively prompt in their responses, which is why I'm giving them a 2-star rating.

I'm totally smitten with my new business cards! They're exactly as I envisioned! The paper quality is excellent and the design is fantastic!
