This is my second purchase and I'm optimistic about receiving it quickly and without any issues, just like my initial order a few months ago. The quality was impressive, it fit perfectly (which was a concern I had prior to receiving it), and the overall ordering process was straightforward and pleasant.

Just Fashion Now offers an extensive range of stylish clothing options at quite affordable prices. Their sales events make the shopping experience even more attractive with fantastic deals. However, the shipping costs can sometimes be a bit frustrating, especially depending on the total sale value.

Communication regarding the delivery of my order has been insufficient. I am uncertain about the shipping and delivery dates of the items. I've only received a single email stating that two of my items have been shipped, but it didn't include any tracking information. I'm concerned about the status of my other items since I've already paid for them. Where is my packge?

Beware! This company conveniently omits the fact that returns are shipped back to CHINA, not the country of purchase, resulting in hefty return costs - and trust me, you'll want to return these items due to their substandard quality. The sizing is inaccurate; I bought three small-sized sweaters, but the only 'small' aspect was the label! The materials are of inferior quality, with terrible tailoring - nothing like the advertised images - which I suspect are produced in top-notch factories with high-grade materials.

To add insult to injury, returns must be shipped to China at the buyer's expense, inclusive of any import duties. They proposed a 25% discount to retain the items - but what's the use when they are ill-fitting! It's a total waste of money.

Our experience with their product left us considerably disheartened. The online representation of the product was quite appealing. The cat illustration appeared quite lifelike and adorable. The fleece material seemed cozy.

However, what we got was disappointingly subpar. The fleece was of inferior quality. As for the cat, it seemed like something a child might craft for a school assignment. Please refer to the attached pictures for comparison. It would be more accurate if they used actual product images on their website rather than what they aspire to create. Regrettably, we have to leave a negative review. We won't be patronizing this store in the future.

This firm is retailing apparel that is considerably smaller than the stated size, meaning a size XXL fits more like a Medium. When attempting to return products, you are required to dispatch them to a foreign address, which could involve extra shipping charges and fees. The items seemed to have been delivered from a US address based on the packaging, but my return was rejected due to an invalid address, resulting in a wasted shipping cost of roughly $13.70. The necessity to return items internationally is not acceptable from a customer's viewpoint.

I endured a long, drawn-out wait for my package to arrive, and when it finally did, it was a letdown. The materials bore no resemblance to those depicted in the photos. The website paints a beautiful picture of the dresses appearing to be made of soft, comfortable cotton, but in reality, they feel like synthetic plastic and don't drape properly, giving off a tent-like appearance.

The sizing is peculiarly large, even the shoes were oversized. Despite being a UK size 7, I received a size 41. It's truly unfortunate because the clothes look stunning on the website.

I received dresses from this company that bore no resemblance to the images on their website. A dress that was supposed to fall below the knee ended up dragging on the floor, despite my height of 5'7". The material felt akin to flimsy, cheap tissue paper. Now, I'm faced with a paltry 15% refund, which essentially means I've spent over $60 on items I can't use due to their inaccurate representation. If I choose not to bear the exorbitant return shipping cost, I'm left with just a 15% refund.

The items are simply unusable. I urge everyone to exercise caution with this company. Although the items look appealing online, the actual quality is as poor as it gets!
