As an older couple, we recently bought our first new sofa in quite some time. We opted for the layaway plan, which was a good fit as we didn't want to strain our budget with payments. Unfortunately, the first set of couch and loveseat we received was damaged. However, the company was prompt and courteous in replacing it.

We've had it for about four months. Disappointingly, the stitching on the loveseat is starting to come undone and despite keeping both pieces covered since we got them, the cushions are beginning to sag when we sit on them. We're not particularly heavy individuals and there are no children in our home, so it's not a matter of excessive wear and tear. For a furniture set that cost us a significant sum, we expected it to maintain its quality longer than it has.

I purchased a brand new refrigerator at an incredibly reasonable price. I would suggest this place to anyone who is on a tight budget. They offer excellent furniture at very affordable prices and they even provide delivery services.

We've had a tough time finding a new fridge due to my mother's hearing impairment which makes communication challenging in many places. However, our experience here was incredibly smooth and we secured approval swiftly. They're even taking care of removing our old fridge for a fantastic price! This is a fantastic place to transact with and their pricing is excellent!

The furniture I purchased here was incredibly disappointing. The claim of same or next day shipping was misleading, leading me to pick up the items myself. I invested in a mattress that, in less than two months, proved to be unsupportive, requiring me to flip it bi-weekly. Their return policy only offers store credit, which isn't appealing considering the quality of the product I already bought. I have no desire to purchase anything else from this store. I won't be spending my money here in the future, and I certainly won't be recommending it to anyone.

Excellent sales service, prompt delivery, and proficient assembly were all part of my experience. However, I was disappointed with the limited financing options, which didn't include a 6-12 month no-interest payment plan. I could have opted for Ashley Furniture or another store to get better financing options.

Regarding the service, all the staff were pleasant. However, I'm not at all impressed with the furniture. The couch started squeaking from the get-go whenever someone sat on it. After a while, the arm of the couch gave way. The furniture hasn't even been with me for half a year and it's already showing signs of wear and tear from normal use. The spring on the love seat is also deteriorating. I've been buying furniture for quite some time now and I must say, this is the worst quality I've ever encountered. Nothing should be breaking or sagging. And to top it all off, I can't seem to get any help.

Simple financial options. Excellent range and customer care. If you're dealing with credit problems, avoid Rent A Center and Aarons... I highly recommend trying THIS COMPANY!!! Their finance department is incredibly accommodating and ready to work with you.

Having owned my furniture for several weeks now, I believe it is excessively priced for the quality I received. The 'complimentary lamps' are of minimal value and the tables do not meet the standard I anticipated. The compact sectional sofa I bought is satisfactory, but the cushions are rigid and lack comfort. Moreover, I was charged for the delivery of the furniture and when it arrived, there were insufficient legs for the sectional. I had to wait an additional day for this.

The discussed financing plan was unclear and not at all precise. There are extra costs and penalties for settling your balance ahead of time, which was not properly communicated. In conclusion, I will not be making any future purchases from American Freight and I would advise others to do the same.
