What’s Zolucky Return & Exchange Policy?

★★☆☆☆ 2 stars

Zolucky's return and exchange policy permits the return of all items, excluding bras, bikinis, swimwear, underwear, panties, bags, and accessories, within a 30-day window after the final package of an order has been received.

However, it's important to note that some customers have expressed challenges in initiating returns, and have highlighted that they are required to cover the return shipping costs and any related fees on their own.

What's worse, Zolucky seems to incentivize customers to retain their unsatisfied purchases by offering a partial refund, approximately 40% of the total value, instead of returning the items.

What’s Zolucky Shipping Policy?

★★★☆☆ 3 stars

Does Zolucky offer free shipping?

Zolucky offers free shipping on orders over $89.

Shipping costs are variable and depend on the quantity of items in your order. For example, if your order value is less than $89, standard shipping for a dress is $9.99. But if you choose two pieces, shipping jumps to $15.99. The same goes for expediting shipping.

How long does Zolucky take to ship?

Shipping Methods Shipping Time Costs
Standard Shipping 8-15 Business Days From US $9.99
Free (orders over US$89)
Express Shipping 3-7 Business Days From US $21.99

Zolucky's shipping policy is determined by a variety of elements, encompassing the customer’s location and the duration required to gather and ready your items for dispatch.

For domestic orders, the standard shipping timeframe is between 8 to 15 business days, while express shipping is expected to take between 3 to 7 days.

As for international orders, Zolucky provides shipping to the majority of global destinations. The standard shipping for these orders is estimated to take between 8 to 14 business days.

Where does Zolucky ship from?

Zolucky dispatches their products from China, initially sending them to California. From there, the items are further shipped to the end customers.

So that’s why the return process is difficult because you need to return the order you are not satisfied with to China! Consequently, the cost of international return shipping could potentially exceed the value of the items being returned.

Is Zolucky Good Quality?

★★☆☆☆ 2 stars

Zolucky's quality has been called into question by numerous customers. Many have expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of the products they received, pointing out the substandard materials and poor craftsmanship. There seems to be a significant discrepancy between the online images of the products and their actual appearance. Customers have also reported inconsistencies in colors, sizes, and materials, indicating that the items delivered often do not match their online descriptions.

Are Zolucky Clothing True to Size?

★★☆☆☆ 2 stars

Zolucky has a "Sizing help" button on every product page that provides detailed measurements in both centimeters and inches. This feature guides customers on how to take accurate measurements, ensuring that the selected product fits them perfectly.

According to feedback from certain customers, Zolucky Clothing may not always be true to size, particularly for those with a larger build. It's recommended to consider opting for a size larger than your usual, as their clothing tend to run small.

How to Contact Zolucky Customer Service?

Why is Zolucky so cheap?

Low-Quality Products: Some cheaper retailers compromise on product quality to maintain lower prices. This can mean using cheaper materials or having less stringent quality control measures.

Manufactured in China with Cheap Labor: Products manufactured in countries like China often benefit from lower production costs due to cheaper labor and resources, allowing companies to offer products at reduced prices.

Frequent Discounts: Offering frequent discounts can be a marketing strategy to attract customers. However, sometimes these discounts might not reflect the true value of the product and could imply inflated original prices.

Imperfect After-Sales Service: Companies might cut costs on customer service and after-sales support, providing minimal assistance or solutions for issues that arise after a purchase.

Low Overheads: Online-only businesses often have lower operational costs compared to brick-and-mortar stores. They might save on expenses like rent, utilities, and staff salaries, allowing them to offer products at lower prices.

Direct-to-Consumer Model: Some companies, including Zolucky, might manufacture their own products or source them directly from manufacturers, cutting out intermediaries and reducing costs.

I must express my disappointment with the product I received compared to the stunning image advertised on their website. The material quality is disappointingly substandard to the point where I would hesitate to dress even a toy in it, let alone a person. Furthermore, their customer service leaves much to be desired, arguably falling short of industry standards. Should you find yourself in a position to return an item, be prepared to bear the cost of shipping it all the way back to China.

The materials used are of subpar quality, and the craftsmanship is noticeably poor, with each item appearing as if it were haphazardly cut by a child. The actual appearance of the products is a far cry from the images advertised online. I'm giving it 2 stars because the one upside was the prompt shipping to Oregon, USA, which took only a week in February 2023, and all the items I ordered did arrive. However, I would advise against making a purchase from this company, even if the items are on sale (which seems to be a constant, accompanied by pressure-inducing prompts to "act fast before it's gone"). I was enticed to buy additional items I didn't need just to qualify for free shipping, but those extra items were of such low quality they ended up in the garbage. The main item I was excited about, which appeared charming and well-made on the website, was also a disappointment with its uneven hem that was longer on the right side and couldn't be disguised. It was not worth the $38 price tag, let alone $5. Shoppers should be cautious!

I recently acquired a pair of dresses for my vacation, but I was disappointed to find that the fabric didn't match the online description. Instead of the quality I anticipated, I received dresses that appeared to be made of an inferior cotton-like material. When I attempted to initiate a return, I was informed that the dresses were shipped from China, and the cost of returning even one dress would be exorbitant. To add to the frustration, I was offered a mere 15% refund if I chose to keep the subpar garments. It felt like a no-win situation: either incur a hefty expense to send the dress back or accept a paltry sum for an item I didn't even want.

As a customer recounting my recent shopping ordeal, I feel compelled to express my disappointment with the substandard imitations and deceptive marketing rampant on their website. It's become evident that they've appropriated images from other retailers for their own listings, creating a stark contrast between the advertised items and the actual products delivered. The merchandise I received was undeniably a frail, ill-fitting imitation of poor quality. Contrary to the "30 days easy return" promise plastered on their site, attempting to initiate a return leads nowhere. Moreover, should you endeavor to return the product, be prepared to shoulder the return shipping costs and associated fees yourself, despite the glaring discrepancy between the advertised product and what you receive.

The company in question has a return policy that requires customers to bear the cost of return shipping. While this may seem fair at first glance, they fail to disclose that returned items must be shipped directly to China, not the US location from which it was initially dispatched. The international shipping fees to China are exorbitant. More often than not, customers end up accepting their offer of a 15% refund if they decide to keep the items. However, if you insist, they may increase the refund to 40% and allow you to retain the products. This is because they are aware that the return shipping to China costs approximately 60% of the item's price.

Additionally, the process of obtaining a return authorization label to ship the item back to China is quite complicated. It took me four email exchanges, each requesting different information, to finally secure the return authorization label. It was only then that I was informed that the item had to be returned directly to China, and I was responsible for international and customs fees.

This practice is grossly unfair to American consumers and can be considered deceptive, as they do not mention these details in their return policy.

I recently bought eight blouses, but unfortunately, I could only justify keeping two of them as their colors didn't quite match the online images. Be aware that if you decide to return anything, the store only offers a cash refund, not an exchange. They also seem to encourage you to keep the items by offering a partial refund—about 25% of the total value in my experience—rather than returning them. However, this wasn't a solution for me since the sizes were too small and the colors were significantly different. If you're considering making a purchase, my advice would be to order items one at a time. And if you're on the larger side, consider sizing up as their products tend to run small. Good luck with your shopping!

I had high hopes for the dress I ordered, but I was quite disappointed when it arrived. It barely looked like what I had expected. On top of that, it's extremely short, even though I'm just 5'1"! The craftsmanship is lacking too – just take a glance at the shoddy 'jewels'. Regrettably, 4 out of the 6 items I purchased didn't fit properly. To make matters worse, returning them for a refund is a hassle. Since the company is based in China, the shipping costs for returns are exorbitant. I've decided I won't be shopping with this company again.

Attention fellow shoppers! I've made the mistake of purchasing from this store not once, but twice, hoping the second time around would be different. Unfortunately, the items I received were a far cry from their online representations. The colors and sizes were all wrong, the hemlines were carelessly done, and the materials were not as advertised. It appears that they're replicating original designs and producing substandard imitations. It's all about the shiny, spandex-like material with them, which they use for everything. Expecting a cozy sweater? Surprise, it's spandex. Anticipating a linen dress? Think again, it's just more of that glossy spandex with garishly large prints. Attempting to get a refund is a futile endeavor, as the return shipping to China is more costly than the disappointing items you're stuck with. I've learned my lesson; this was an utterly regrettable shopping ordeal!

I stumbled upon Zolucky with great enthusiasm, only to be met with utter disillusionment upon receiving my order. The website displayed such stunning imagery, yet the reality fell short; the blue sweater I received bore no resemblance to its online portrayal. It lacked the delicate softness I was expecting, and the finishing on the wrap edge was abysmal. When I reached out to initiate a return, I was dissuaded by the mention of tariffs and the cost of return shipping, which, they implied, would render the effort fruitless.

I recently made a purchase from Zolucky, selecting a sweatshirt that looked great on their website. To my dismay, when the item arrived, it was a far cry from the cozy sweatshirt showcased by the model. The fabric was a flimsy polyester, not the substantial material I was expecting. The contrast between the advertised sweatshirt and what I received is stark, as you can see from the photo I've included. Upon reaching out to Zolucky about this issue, they proposed a 15% refund or the option for me to return the product at my own cost. Considering the company is based in China, I was reluctant to deal with additional shipping fees and potential customs charges, so I reluctantly settled for the 15% refund.
