The customer service and return policy here are undeniably the worst I've ever encountered. I bought a sweater, but upon arrival, it bore no resemblance to the online image and was excessively large. My attempt to return it resulted in an offer of merely store credit or a partial refund of 50%, despite their claim that this was standard policy—a detail conspicuously absent from their website. Had I been aware of this, I would have refrained from making any purchase. My grievances were met with indifference from customer service, who only refunded me $20 on a $40 sweater. Moreover, the sweater's color and style were a far cry from what was advertised. This site is deceitful, and I advise against being swayed by any positive reviews.

Just a heads up, these stores on Shopify are run by Chinese sellers. If the clothes don't fit you, they won't accept returns, citing "Intimate items" as the reason. I purchased a swimming suit and a bodysuit, and while there's nothing faulty with the clothes, they simply don't suit me well. They tend to run small. Their return policy allows for 14 days, but it takes them 3 days to respond and confirm if the items can be returned.

Shopping here has been an utterly disappointing experience, with both time and money going down the drain. I strongly advise against purchasing from this store!

Attention potential buyers: I feel compelled to share my experience with this company, primarily due to their questionable return process. Although I acknowledge that my rating is based solely on this aspect, it is important to note that the lack of a clear return policy on their website was the initial cause of my frustration. Consequently, I followed the instructions provided on a paper that was included in my package, which involved emailing my order number, along with some rather unusual photo requirements, and stating the reason for my return. To my disappointment, this simple process turned into a lengthy negotiation.

Initially, the company offered me a 50% store credit, suggesting that I keep the clothes for sustainability reasons. Unwilling to accept this compromise, I declined their offer. Subsequently, they revised their offer, this time providing a 100% credit. However, I was taken aback when they slipped in a request for my measurements. Needless to say, I firmly declined this request. After exchanging a total of eight emails, I ultimately made the decision to return my entire order due to the unsatisfactory service I had received.

To make matters worse, the burden of responsibility for the return shipping costs fell on me, despite the fact that these costs were deducted from my order total. I find this practice to be utterly outrageous. In the end, I paid a total of $21 in shipping fees for an order that originally amounted to $95.

I'm thoroughly satisfied with my purchase, and the customer support is outstanding as well. When I needed to exchange an item due to a sizing issue, their response was prompt and extremely accommodating.
