Bad experience. I just wanted to return the items as they didn't fit. But, no, that's not allowed. I had to pay a huge amount to send them back to the USA. This isn't fair. The items came from Australia, so why can't the returns be handled there? In the end, I agreed to a 70% refund and will resell the shirts. This whole process has caused too much stress for an elderly woman.

This is the most terrible online shopping journey I've ever had. The clothes were all too large and bad quality! Trying to return or swap them was a hassle, needing several attempts to get any sort of solution. Even though I wasn't pleased with the result, part of my money was supposed to be given back. But after nearly two months, I'm still waiting for it. This is truly the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I'd surely avoid shopping here again!

The products I bought were too tiny and they didn't have bigger ones to swap. The return process wasn't simple or straightforward. The seller gave me many reasons to keep the items, which I liked, but I didn't agree. It's not helpful to keep a cheaper item that doesn't fit. I had to pay for the return, which wasn't a good experience as an Amazon Prime member who gets free delivery and returns. Sadly, I won't buy from this business again because of the return cost.

The online images of the products are totally altered to make the items appear different than they actually are. I purchased what I believed was a retro worn-out sweatshirt for my wife, but what I got was trash. The color, material, and design were all different - it was ridiculous. Getting a refund was nearly impossible, so I settled for a gift card, but it's not even usable on their website. The customer service won't even reply.

Buying stuff was simple. Delivery took 2 weeks, just like the website said. All items arrived nicely wrapped in zip bags. I had doubts about the company/prices/quality because the costs seemed cheap compared to others. But, I was happily surprised and would suggest this company.

The order came on time but I couldn't find a way to reach out about the wrong size for a return or replacement. I wouldn't buy again since the fabric is not good. I'm let down because it looked so good. It seems like it's made for a much smaller Asian market.

To be honest, I was a bit concerned about the legitimacy of the site. To my delight, my order came in about 3 weeks after I placed it. Everything was included and correct. The blouse with buttons fit me well, but some of the other items were a bit smaller than I expected. I would've liked them to be a bit more loose, but they're not too tight and I can still wear them. I liked the pattern and style of one of the blouses, but not the fabric. The rest of the items were as I anticipated and quite nice.

I bought five shirts for my wife. They came late. The shirts weren't the size I asked for and they were really bad quality with clear problems. These problems were things like buttons that weren't there, buttonholes that were missing, rips, pulls in the material and so on.

The return policy is really terrible. They need to tell customers that they don't include return information in the package. You have to dig around for hidden customer service rules and tracking info, or else you won't get your refund. I'm certain I won't be ordering anything again. Even after going through all these steps, I'm still not sure if I'll get my money back.

Their response was slow and when they did reply, they wanted to know precisely why I wasn't placing another order. A major reason is their attitude and their disbelief that an item didn't fit.

I liked the designs but the material was not good. All the items I got were too light and lost their shape after dry cleaning. I ended up giving away most of what I bought because your return rules say we can't clean and then return the items. I guess that's because you know they won't fit after cleaning. I think that's not good for business. I won't be buying anything from this company again.

I'm really happy with the customer service. They stayed in contact about my order and let me choose to either send an item that wasn't in stock or cancel it. They refunded me quickly. They even followed up to make sure I received my items. The t-shirts I bought are really good quality, they cleaned up nicely in the wash and the material is super soft. They fit just right. I'll definitely be buying from them again.
