Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) toothpaste is a popular choice for many people due to its foaming properties that help to remove plaque and bacteria from teeth and gums. This ingredient is a surfactant that creates a lather when mixed with water, making it easier to spread evenly throughout the mouth. SLS toothpaste is widely available and comes in a variety of flavors and brands. However, some people may experience sensitivity or irritation when using SLS toothpaste, and may benefit from using a non-SLS alternative. Overall, SLS toothpaste can be a useful tool in maintaining good oral hygiene when used properly.
