Clamping panels can certainly be a challenge. Especially when we try to use everyday pipe clamps or bar clamps. While these types of clamps work fairly well on certain glue up projects, the one thing they don't do at all is apply pressure from the top and bottom of the panels during glue up. In fact, with all the pressure being applied on both sides, bar and pipe clamps will almost certainly bow, buckle or rack your panel glue up project.

Let's make racked panel glue ups a thing of the past! The uniquely designed 4 way pressure solves this age old issue by applying pressure to all four sides of your panel glue up. With a simple turn of the rotating clamp handle, all four sides of the clamp will draw inward at the same time. This provides equal pressure on to your panel and prevents bowing, buckling, or racked panels.

Build any length clamp with the durable plastic bars with 4 notches for maximum adjustability to handle a variety of stock widths. Clamp can be used for boards up to 6 inches in thickness by simply adjusting the clamp width capacity with the appropriate number of notches. Turn the handle clockwise to tighten the clamp and turn the handle counter clockwise to release pressure. The 4 way pressure clamp is equipped with side pressure pads to prevent damaging your stock.

Now you can confidently glue up wide boards, shelving, table tops, and more up to 6” thick. To setup the clamps simply attach the clamp to any length 2 x 2's (2” x 4” ripped in half) with the the wood screws that are provided, apply wood glue to your project, set the clamps on to your panel boards and turn handle to tighten the clamp on all four sides. We recommend that you place a 4 way pressure clamp every 12” to 18” for best results.

This clamp package comes with two full 4 way pressure clamp assemblies. Includes: 2 each rotating handle assemblies, 2 each tailstock assemblies, 4 each side pressure pads and 12 each 4 notch bars. Making repetitive cuts on your table saw is a pretty straight forward process. Set your fence and feed each stock piece through the blade to achieve the same size each and every time. What if you need a series of narrow cuts that are about an 2 inches or less in width? Doing this can get tricky since you cant get your hands safely between the blade and the fence. You could always reverse measure and keep the off fall piece, but without a guide of some sort that can be inaccurate.

The Thin Rip Jig acts kind of like a third hand behind the blade or cutter. With the saw unplugged simply measure from the outside of of the blade toward the tip of the (guide roller) Thin Rip Jig for the width cut you want to make. Once set, secure the Thin Rip Jig simply by rotating the large, easy to grip star shaped knob. After your first cut, reset your stock behind the blade and slide the fence over so your stock piece is touching the guide roller on the Thin Rip Jig. Lock the fence.

Making your thin rip cuts in this fashion allows you to cut wider boards down without getting your fingers in harms way by keep them away from the blade or cutter.The Thin Rip works much like a feather except that it doesn't exert spring like pressure against the board. This means it can be used to make accurate, repetitive cuts since it's essentially just holding its spot once it is secured.

The Thin Rip Jig has a roller guide bearing on the tip to make feeding your stock through an easy and smooth moving process. The free rotating bearing is made from high quality materials for extended workshop use. The jig fits directly into most any standard 3/8” x 3/4” miter slot. The body is made from a solid piece of aluminum and is adjustable inward and outward from your fence depending on the width of your stock.

The jig can be used on other workshop machinery like router tables with fences and band saws for re-saw applications. In certain cases, when working with larger or longer stock on table saws or router tables, we recommend using two thin rip jigs behind the blade or cutter for extra stability when feeding your stock through.

The Uni Style Table Saw Fence is a heavy duty, single piece of aluminum that has been extruded for superior strength. The fence is designed as an up-grade fence for the factory made Delta Uni-fence Table Saw System. The Delta Uni-fence system has long been regarded as on of the best over the years but the fence itself needed some improvements. That's where the Uni Style Table Saw Fence steps in.

The old fence on the Uni Saw worked just fine for standard cuts, but what if you wanted to make a rabbet cut or add a feather board or a hold down to the cutting process? The answer to both of those questions is you can't with the old style fence. The Uni Style Table Saw Fence allows you to add endless amounts of jigs and fixtures and with the included UHMW sacrificial fence face you can cut into it in order make clean rabbet cuts on your table saw!

The front of the fence is recessed to accept the 1/2” thick UHMW strip. This also means that you can cut any 1/2” thick material to length and use it as a sacrificial fence face. We recommend using wood or UHMW to make your fence face as both materials are easy to cut and machine as needed to fit and neither material won't hurt your table saw blade should it come in contact.

The fence has several mini tracks that run the length of the fence. Each of these tracks accept 1/4” x 20 hex head bolts which are the ideal bolt size for most woodworking jigs or fixtures. Many store bought jigs or fixtures will work with the fence as long as the bolt is the correct size. Being able to add feather boards, stop blocks and more to your cutting process not only make it and easier process but a safer process as well.
