I'm using this punch to create 1 "characters and monster tags for Durge D. I use medium weight cardboard and then copy the 11 cardboard color onto it. The punch usually passes through the material in the second blow of the hammer. Clean edges, professional results. My friends didn't know where I bought it, and they were surprised when I told them I was doing it at home. At first, I used a cutting board under the cardboard, but the cutting board had a rubber bottom. This will absorb most of the blows, causing me to hit the punch more than 10 times in one cut. Originally, I thought it was boring and almost returned it. When I switch to a sturdy chopping board and place it on a solid concrete surface, there is no energy to absorb, and it is now easy to cut 1-3 hit. I don't know how long life will be, but so far, I've been very satisfied with my performance.

The circle is an amazing device. I got this to tailor the corner of the counter for board games (especially war games). This device is perfect for cutting those dogs off the counter. I am currently editing my ASLSK1 counter to prepare for the world of war counters. If you want a simple and consistent way to crop counters, I can't fully recommend this tool. 2.5 mm is the perfect choice for ASL.

Used to make labels at the top of prescription bottles. Mayhew Pro 50530 and 50539 handles are required. Expensive if you have not set up Mayhew Pro already. Or: use the correct diameter of the bottle cap, (or circular template) to track it and scissors = $0.00 the ideal size is 36mm diameter suitable for lower than the cap holder.

This is a heavy, well-made, but very professional tool. Do you really want to spend more than $40 on a tool just to cut off the furry cardboard decoration from your war game counter? Well, if you're a serious war player, of course you will! This punch is very good. Your counter will look smooth and professional, and moving on the map is fun-there are no more small "clusters" in the corner so they drag other counters around. Your stack will be perfect and uniform. Note, however, that even with such a heavy tool, it will take some time to crop the counter. Four punches per counter (or eight times, if you're really thorough, flip them to make sure both sides are uniform), each counter is about 8-10 seconds (you can do it faster, but it may not be hundreds of counters, unless you want to give yourself carpal tunnel syndrome), so do math. There may be 6-8 counters per minute, which means that a big game can take you an hour or two to work nonstop. But if you have anything to listen to, it's fun. But your hands will be tired! In short, it's a very good "luxury" tool, a very good "luxury" tool for a serious war player who likes his game to look beautiful and doesn't mind spending a lot of time and wrist movements.

This punch works well for me. However, I ordered two different corner sizes at different times, all of which had the same plastic sheet separated from the punch itself. I don't think it's a problem, but I gave them back. Then I ordered two on eBay from laminates in Oregon (I assume they are the same seller). Both punches are good, and the plastic sheets are not separate. Strange.

Are you obsessed with trimming the corners of the counter to eliminate all the filth in the factory die-cutting process? In order to make your opponent envy the counters you collect, have you ever experienced countless precise knives and / or scissors and / or all kinds of scissors? Don't be afraid. This is for you! Cut, cut. Done! The perfect 2 mm angle (or 3 mm, if you select the version size). It's a little expensive, but it saves incredible time, and it's solid! I will try to upload a pruned picture from the combat commander before and after the counter. Look for it in the picture library above.

I bought this set of punch and punched out 1 "neoprene and 1" felt into 1 "ring". These are glued together to form the stop pad for the organ console pedal I am rebuilding. Stamping durable, sharp, durable. However, for best use, two things are crucial: 1) use a rubber mallet. You need the quality of the hammer to be effective. Hammers make work harder. 2) punch holes in blocks of wood on a hard, motionless surface. I use a piece of plywood on the concrete. It is not enough to have wood alone. If it is placed on a table, metal worktable, or similar, there is still too much flexibility to make the punch ineffective. For thicker blankets, it is ideal to have no punch because of the material itself. But I can make it work by soaking my felt mats in RO water, shaking off the excess, and freezing them. This makes the felt hard enough to strike effectively. Then wait for the results to melt / dry. My only complaint is that cheap plastic bags, punches come in. Canvas would be better. This kind of plastic won't stand the test.

I really think arts and crafts stores should have these fists. I'm looking for some kind of stamping to help me make 5-inch black felt round eyes and fill owls with some of the materials I've made. The only things in arts and crafts stores are tacky hand punches or lever punches, mostly designed for paper. I need something that can penetrate felt, foam, even leather! If you want, you can buy a separate size, but of course it's more economical to buy a set on a per punch basis. I suggest you also buy a high density polyethylene (HDPE) sheet, opaque grayish white, 0.250 "thickness Amazon for your punch surface."

This thing is well made. If you do not set the corner perfectly, the edges may be asymmetrical. I fix this by cutting the corner, flipping it, and then cutting it again. When you first got this product, it had grease on it. If you don't want it to ruin your project, you need to clean it up. I do this by cutting paper towels and wiping off the grease where I can touch it. It disappears after a few uses.
