My order arrived much earlier than expected, even without opting for express shipping. This was fantastic as the shoes, which were a Christmas present for my wife, arrived in time for the holiday. However, I couldn't give a full five-star rating because I was unable to track my order through the app and had to contact customer service for assistance.

As this was my first purchase from StockX, I was initially anxious not knowing if my order had been processed. Although customer service takes a day or two to respond, they provide accurate information when they do. Their response time could definitely be improved, but overall, my experience was positive.

The entire procedure is straightforward. I simply place my bid and wait to see if a seller accepts it. The payment process is then automatic. I appreciate that StockX acts as an intermediary and guarantees the authenticity of my purchase. I don't mind waiting a few additional days for delivery.

I wasn't in a rush to get the shoes, so it wasn't a major issue, but other retailers I've purchased from usually deliver faster. Moreover, I was surprised to find that their authentication verification service, which involves scanning a QR code to get results, comes with a fee. I assumed this would be a complimentary service. Despite these minor issues, my overall experience was positive.

I appreciate the authentication process for the shoes, but it significantly delays the delivery. The shoes have to pass through numerous stages before they reach the buyer. The delivery process needs to be more efficient.

I ordered a highly sought-after pair of shoes, and the delivery took an incredibly long time, over three weeks. I suggest implementing a pre-verification process for popular shoes, similar to what GOAT does, to expedite shipping directly to the customer. Apart from the slow delivery, everything else was satisfactory. The shoes arrived in perfect condition, the packaging was secure, and everything was neat and of good quality. Despite the slow shipping, I would consider using StockX again.

The customer service was excellent and prompt in addressing my concerns. However, the vinyl I ordered arrived with significant damage to three corners, seemingly due to inadequate packaging. If you're planning to order vinyls from them, be aware of possible problems. On the bright side, their shipping speed and customer service are commendable.

While I appreciate the variety of products, I'm disappointed that size exchanges are not allowed. This policy restricts customer options significantly. I understand the inability to return items to a seller, but the lack of a size exchange option is a factor to bear in mind when making a purchase.

I'm thrilled with my PS5 - it's the best buy I've made! After growing weary of waiting, I decided to try StockX and I'm happy I did. I managed to pay for and receive my console in under two weeks. It functions perfectly and I now have confidence in them, especially since they ensure product verification before dispatching to the customer.
