What’s AliExpress Return Policy?
AliExpress is considered a safe platform due to its buyer protection and return policies.
If a purchased item is not received, arrives damaged, or is not as described, AliExpress provides a refund within the protection period. The process involves reporting the issue to AliExpress and if the seller fails to resolve it, a dispute can be opened. If the seller does not respond, AliExpress will fully refund the purchase. The refund is typically processed within 15 days after the dispute is settled.
AliExpress also offers a 'Free Return' service, giving buyers an additional 15 days to decide whether to keep or return an item for any reason. This service is free, but it is not provided by all sellers. If it is available, it will be clearly indicated on the item's detail page. Buyers can use this service up to three times per month at no cost.
However, if the delivered order matches the photo and description, AliExpress' buyer protection doesn't apply, and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the item can be returned to the seller, who may issue a refund once they receive the returned product. But, it's important to note that shipping to China can be costly, potentially exceeding the product's price, and there's no guarantee of receiving a refund.

Generally, when you purchase items from AliExpress, they are dispatched from China. However, there are occasional instances where the goods may be shipped from a local store or warehouse situated in the buyer's own country.
What Shipping Methods Does AliExpress Provide?
AliExpress offers a variety of shipping methods, which are determined by the suppliers. When placing an order, customers have the flexibility to select their preferred shipping method. Some of the express shipping options currently available include UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, EMS, TOLL, e-EMS, ePacket, and China Post Registered Air Mail among others.
