They don't let you return broken items for a full money back. You only get less than half of what you paid, even if the item is broken. This is not good at all.

Bad product and poor customer service. Today, I bought a phone cover for my daughter's iPhone 11. It cost us $21.49, including delivery. Even though it said it was for an iPhone 11, the cover was too small and we couldn't use it. When I tried to return it online, they gave me two choices. I could either get $7.03 back or get a $13.00 credit for the store, but I would have to pay for delivery again for a product I don't want. I'm not trying to return it because I don't like how it looks or it's the wrong size; the product doesn't work and doesn't fit any iPhone 11, which we checked using other iPhone 11s we have at home.

I bought some Christmas gifts for my daughter from here. You must order quickly as items run out rapidly. Beware, they don't inform you about the 30-day return policy, which is tough when you're holiday shopping. I reached out to customer service but they couldn't assist me. They suggested I resell the item on Cursty. Plus, one of the products was faulty. I won't be buying from them again. Their customer service is awful.

The quality of the clothes is similar to Forever 21, and the accessories are like those on Amazon. The delivery was quick and effective, but the products didn't really impress me. It was my first time buying from Princess Polly, so I wasn't sure what to anticipate. However, considering most items cost more than $80, I expected much better quality. I'd say most items are comparable to Forever 21 or perhaps Zara. I'd suggest buying only if there's a sale, as they're not worth the full price.

I ordered a trench coat from Europe and it arrived after 20 days, which wasn't too bad for delivery time. I was really excited about it, but unfortunately, I ended up being disappointed. The quality is honestly a joke. The buckles are made of plastic instead of metal, and the fabric is so thin that it feels like it could fall apart at any moment. I've bought cheaper clothes in the past that had better lining and stitching. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect some basic standards. When I reached out to customer service, they asked for pictures as proof. How am I supposed to show them how bad it is in real life when it looks perfect in pictures? It seems like most fast fashion brands don't care about how their products actually hold up outside of a photoshoot. And don't even get me started on the plastic bag it came in. If I want to return it, I know it's going to be a hassle and take forever. If you're outside of the USA, I wouldn't even bother because it's not worth the cost for what you get.

I had to pay for the return even though my order arrived later than promised. It's absurd that they charge customers 7 dollars for returns while other websites offer free returns. This is particularly frustrating because I needed the clothes for a specific event and they didn't arrive on time. They mentioned on their website about needing an "extra delivery day" and stated that the "next business day" with an additional day was the 16th, but I ordered on the 11th. They shouldn't promise delivery within a certain timeframe if they can't deliver. I just threw away 7 dollars for nothing... I won't be buying from this site again.

I wouldn't suggest buying from this store if you need your order quickly. Their claim of 2-4 day delivery within the UK is simply not true. On the fourth day, the tracking number shows my order has been stuck in the US for almost three days. I reached out to customer service. They replied promptly and nicely but said delays might happen because of customs or the courier. They asked me to wait 30 DAYS before reaching out again. But my order hasn't left the US, so it's not a customs issue. I still don't know when it will be delivered. I bought a dress for a special event, but it won't arrive on time. I tried to cancel, but they said no because it's already been shipped. But it's only moved 30 minutes from their location and has been there for days. They suggested I contact the courier, but the time difference makes that hard. They shouldn't promise this delivery time on their site. I haven't got my clothes yet, but I can tell it's not going to be worth the wait and trouble.
