    My only complaint is the cost of the furniture. However, I don't believe it's excessively priced, as their items appear to be of excellent quality. You certainly receive value for your money and this is undoubtedly not inexpensive compressed wood like numerous other outlets offer.

    I used to be a big fan of Room and Board, but my recent experience has left me disappointed. I had an issue with my dining table from them, and despite spending a significant amount on their products, they charged me for the replacement part. This has made me reconsider recommending them to others and making further purchases myself.

    We purchased couches, chairs, a dining table, and side tables around three years ago. We adored them at the time of purchase and they continue to look fantastic. The customer service has been exceptional, providing me with a touch-up pen and stain for minor damages over time. They also gave excellent guidance on how to clean our leather footrest. They are simply the best!

    Room and board isn't what it used to be. I can tolerate the steep prices and half a year wait for furniture delivery, but in the end, it doesn't seem to justify the hassle. The delivery service appears to be lacking, as my last couple of orders were botched, leading to substantial time wasted on my part to rectify the issues. As a property owner, the last thing you want is additional repair tasks.

    Why is the delivery process so crucial? Picture this - a delivery driver so apathetic that he essentially insists you use your own vehicle to collect the items, just to spare him the effort. When you refuse, he abruptly ends the call while hurling profanities. When they eventually turn up, they've damaged one of the items. Even worse, they've been careless while moving the furniture and now a doorframe in your brand new property needs fixing.

    All I desired was to purchase some furniture, not spend time with a welding kit, a paintbrush to mend my doorframe, and to collect furniture that I've already paid to be delivered.

    One of the benefits of Room & Board is that they typically continue producing the same line, or at least collaborate with the same vendors, and can replace worn cushions even after 5-10 years.

    At last, the spare room is complete! The perfect sofa bed that matched my revamped aesthetic was found at roomandboard. Even my feline companion approves! She's under the impression that it's her new domain!

    The customer service is commendable, however, the products seem to be overpriced and of low quality. I purchased a bedroom set and the bed's design results in a squeaking noise whenever one turns. Customer service arranged for a furniture specialist to visit twice - once it was due to missing screws in the bed, and the next time to install slat pads (which should have been installed initially). Considering the amount paid, the quality doesn't match up. Proceed with caution.

    I recently purchased a console table from Room and Board for my home's entrance. It's a locally made, metal piece that perfectly complements my coat rack. I also placed an order for a sofa and chair from Maiden Home, which are crafted in North Carolina.

    I anticipate their arrival by mid-spring. I was torn between Room and Board and Maiden Home for these items, but the chair from Maiden Home won me over. Room and Board does offer slightly lower prices and quicker delivery. It typically takes around a month and a half for deliveries from North Carolina to my city in the Midwest. I must mention that Room and Board's return policy is superior as well.

    I've bought several items from Room and Board and I must say, the quality is top-notch and their customer service is commendable. My recent purchase was a sofa, which is absolutely stunning. I'm also considering acquiring a sleeper sofa from them in the near future. In addition, I recently bought a vanity from them which unfortunately had a minor damage to its door. However, they promptly arranged for a replacement. Although I requested only for the doors to be replaced, they generously offered to replace the entire vanity.

    I'd gladly award Room & Board more than the maximum 5 stars if I could. Their customer service is unparalleled. The process of placing my order was a breeze. Upon the arrival of my dining table, I noticed some inherent marks on the surface, which I wasn't fond of. Without any insistence on my part, they proposed to craft a new top for me. I had made my purchase online and the actual color didn't match my expectations, however, that was my responsibility since I had chosen it. They kindly permitted me to change the top to a different finish as they were recreating it. When the replacement arrived, I was still not entirely satisfied. They graciously allowed me to switch once more.

    I received my final table on a weekend day and it's absolutely stunning! I couldn't have asked for a superior customer service. Every single individual, including the delivery staff, were incredibly friendly and ensured that I was pleased with my acquisition. I'll persist in endorsing and patronizing Room & Board!! Their level of customer service is rare to find!!

    Sofa arrived about a year ago for a more formal space (I got the Andre) and it has zero wear. Even with my dog using it as a lookout post, watching the neighborhood.

    My folks own a guest bed from this company, which includes a pull-out drawer underneath. Years later, while I was in the process of furnishing my newly acquired home, my mother inquired about having the misaligned drawer on the bed repaired. They fixed it at no extra cost.

    As long as your demands are reasonable, they will ensure your satisfaction.

    The delivery was quick and punctual - the delivery team took the time to highlight the outstanding customer service provided by R&B and reassured me that they would rectify any issues. For those residing in Southern California - R&B now operates a warehouse in a local city, hence the speedy deliveries. Previously, they had to transport goods from Minneapolis.

    My initial order from C&B was a sofa and to put it briefly, I encountered numerous problems related to delivery, quality, and care of their furniture. I gave them another chance recently with dining chairs, but the experience was disappointing. It appears they lack quality control.

    I eventually purchased the Jasper from R&B and so far, I am extremely satisfied. It is well-padded, has great fabric, and their customer service is outstanding. For assurance and quality, I cannot praise R&B enough.

    I made a purchase of a coffee table from this company. However, before it was delivered, I noticed that I had mistakenly chosen the wrong color combination for the base and top. Assuming this would be an issue as the table was being customized to my specifications, I contacted them in a flurry of worry. Surprisingly, they cancelled my order without requiring any explanation. I then placed a new order, but realized after a week that the size was too large for my space. Once again, I reached out to them to cancel and reorder. The process was incredibly smooth and easy. This experience leads me to believe that they would stand behind their products.
