For floor exercises, the mat can be folded along its seams to become a nearly 1-inch thick (0.90") x 14" x 10.5" kneeling pad. For wide-knee yoga poses, it can also be rolled on its long axis to become a 30.75 inch x 4.75 inch x 0.90 inch thick floor knee pad to cushion knees that are far apart.

Constructed of eco-friendly Nitrile Rubber (NBR) - It's flexible / pliable - when folded, bunched or rolled to triple or quadruple its thickness, it can cushion a specific area of your body. The Squat Mat resists oils & odors.

When unfolded, this mat is 30.75 inch x 14 inch x 7.5mm. It's a pliable mini stretch mat / mini pilates mat.
