The footwear I purchased is stunning, with the perfect heel height, and above all, they offer great comfort! In all my years of online shopping, I've never come across customer support as exceptional as Vivaia's!

I recently made my initial purchase from Vivaia, a pair of shoes that I'm starting to really enjoy. At first, I had to break them in a bit, as their design is unique compared to other brands. However, after wearing them multiple times, I've found them to be incredibly comfortable and stylish, not to mention easy to care for. It's also impressive that they're made from recycled plastic instead of fresh material. When it comes to cleaning, it's as simple as throwing them in the washing machine. I also had a positive experience with Vivaia's customer service. Initially, I ordered a size 7.5, which turned out to be too large. The process of returning, getting a refund, and reordering was straightforward and quicker than I expected.

Upon initially wearing the shoes, they felt quite comfortable. Regrettably, after extended use or walking during my first few outings in them, I experienced foot cramping. It appears there's no return policy once you've worn and tested them. I believe online retailers, particularly those without physical stores, should be more accommodating in allowing returns without penalties in such instances. Purchasing these shoes, which became unwearable after just 2-3 uses, turned out to be a costly error on my part.

Caution to all shoppers! The customer service this company offers is dreadful. I purchased two pairs of shoes from them, but received neither an order confirmation nor shipping status. I found myself unable to contact them via email, and instead had to make a phone call and endure a long wait on hold just to inquire about the status of my order and its estimated delivery date.

When the shoes finally arrived, they were uncomfortably tight. I reached out to their customer service to request a replacement in a wider size and a return shipping label for the original pairs. It took several attempts and different pieces of contact information for customer service to locate my order. Despite having my order number, they were unable to find my order, suggesting a faulty computer system, disorganization, or a combination of both. Despite placing two separate orders, I was only sent one return label. I reached out via email to confirm if I could use one label to return both pairs, but received no response.

The replacement shoes arrived without any email or shipping confirmation, leaving me uncertain about their delivery. To add insult to injury, they were not the size I had requested. I found myself back to square one, sending countless unanswered emails and making repeated phone calls to secure a return label. While I did like the shoes, I cannot see myself purchasing anything from such a poorly run company again. The hassle simply isn't worth it.

As a customer, I've amassed a decent collection of Vivaia shoes, most of which are incredibly comfortable and stylish. The quality is commendable, and they maintain their form even after machine washing. Their customer service is top-notch! They respond promptly and the team goes out of their way to meet all requests.

I can't adequately express the superb communication skills of their customer service team! I purchased the water-resistant Chelsea boots, which happened to run a bit small, so I needed to swap them for a larger size. Their response was instant, and they even offered to cover the return shipping costs right away! Despite the original boots being shipped from China, the return process was handled through Germany. The entire process left a lasting impression on me.

The customer service was exceptional, and the shipping was incredibly quick. But the highlight of my purchase was the comfortable high heels! I bought them to wear to my job as a teacher and the number of compliments I've received is astounding! I wore them for the entire day - from leaving my house for work at 8am, then driving for two and a half hours to my AirBNB, even during grocery shopping. I didn't feel the need to unpack or switch to my usual "comfy shoes". I simply kept on my Vivia chunky heels. I've just given them their first wash and they still look brand new. I even added bows to mine. They're absolutely charming!

Firstly, the delivery was impressively fast, which I appreciated. I needed to swap sizes and the customer service was outstanding. But above all, the comfort, design, and quality of the shoes are simply first-class. I'm now the proud owner of 3 pairs and I definitely plan on adding more to my collection!

My new Claire flats from Vivaia are fantastic - I wore them for the entire day on the first day and they felt amazing. However, I had a bit of a struggle with the Adyna removable bows, as they were quite challenging to attach securely to the flats. But overall, I have a deep affection for Vivaia - my initial pair of square-toed flats are also excellent for comfortable and stylish wear. I'm currently planning to purchase a pair of ankle boots for the upcoming fall/winter season. P.S. - They were delivered in just 3 days with standard shipping!

Vivaia truly left a remarkable impression on me. My initial order was completely hassle-free. They even sent me an additional pair to contrast with the ones I originally purchased. The shoes are not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly comfortable. I must commend their customer service - it's top-notch!

Vivaia's return policies are misleading, as they only offer a full refund in the form of store credit or an exchange, with a cash value refund amounting to only 20% of your purchase. I contested their poor clarity regarding their return policy, and they did grant a full refund, earning them a single star for their commendable customer service. However, I've now realized that they ship their 'eco-friendly' shoes from China, and use this as an excuse to avoid returning people's money. This experience has certainly been a lesson for me. I'll be reverting to buying high-quality shoes from my local shoe store. The shoes I bought were excessively wide, with a very peculiar shape.

Browsing the website was a breeze and the delivery was prompt and securely packaged. The shoes matched their description perfectly. I have a bunion on my left foot that often gives me trouble with footwear. Initially, my Vivaia pointed toe flats were a bit tight, but they adapted to my feet within 5 minutes and provided exceptional comfort. The moisture absorption feature was also impressive. Above all, I loved how lightweight they were.

If it was possible, I would award this company a negative rating.

I made a purchase from Germany with expedited shipping. However, the company dishonestly filled out their tax declaration form for the shipment from China, resulting in a several-week delay at customs.

Eventually, the package was released after I provided them with my receipts, only for it to be delivered to the wrong individual.

Subsequently, I received an invoice from Fedex for unpaid taxes. This is due to the company's deceitful conduct, falsifying their tax clearance forms to transport goods from China into Europe, leaving the customer to foot the bill, which ended up being three times the declared amount.

It's utterly appalling that such a company is permitted to operate and swindle unsuspecting customers.

This brand offers an impressive variety of stylish and extremely comfortable shoes. Their pricing leans towards the higher end, but it's not exorbitant. The return process can be a bit tricky though, and considering they apparently ship from China, the delivery time can be lengthy. My most recent acquisition was a pair of sneakers that I absolutely adore.
