NOT 4G LTE AS DESCRIBED

Before gifting them, I examined one to assess its features and found that the camera quality significantly fell short of its advertised specs, with a slow response and focus, particularly noticeable when capturing moving subjects. My concerns were compounded when I read a review stating the phones weren't 4G LTE compatible. Upon contacting Sky Devices' customer service, I was assured the phone did support 4G LTE and was advised to confirm with my service provider. However, upon attempting activation, I learned they only supported up to 3G+. Consequently, I returned the phones. It's imperative that a certain retailer conducts thorough research on these devices to provide accurate descriptions on their website, thereby preventing customer dissatisfaction.
