I began my order with this company on November 26, 2023. It took an incredibly long time for the glasses to arrive, and when they did, they were incorrect. The only way to contact Lenmart is via email, and due to the time difference, I would receive responses at one in the morning. It seemed like they weren't thoroughly reading my messages. Eventually, I had to take measurements and pictures myself, and send them to the company.

Today is December 27, 2023, and they claim to have dispatched my order. However, the tracking information shows that the package hasn't left New York yet, even though I returned the original package to California. I later discovered that the company is actually based in China. I definitely won't be dealing with them again. I'm just hoping my glasses will arrive sometime after the New Year.

I'm giving this company a one-star rating solely because I liked the frames. They incorrectly filled my prescription and refused to issue a refund. The only solution they offered was for me to spend more money to correct it. I caution potential buyers to be aware of this.

The quality of the glasses is extremely disappointing and not as advertised. I've been purchasing eyewear online for over 15 years and I've never come across such substandard lenses and frames. Despite asking for a refund multiple times, I'm still waiting for my money back. The company has stated they will only refund 70% for the lenses and 100% for the frames. I strongly advise avoiding this company. It seems to be a complete scam and fraudulent operation.

I highly advise against purchasing glasses from this company. I ordered progressive glasses and provided my optometrist's prescription. However, the prescription was so incorrect that wearing the glasses made me feel nauseous. Despite their website stating that they offer a full refund within 15 days, they kept asking for my prescription repeatedly even though I kept sending it. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this terrible company.

I purchased five pairs of glasses from this company. The first two pairs were of mediocre quality, but acceptable given their price. However, the next three pairs were of extremely poor quality. It appeared as if the front of the glasses had been put together using hot glue, which was smeared all over the glasses. This is simply unacceptable!

When I requested a return, they were unwilling to refund the full amount, offering only half instead. Their customer service is extremely slow to respond. After persistently asking for a refund over five months, I was informed that I would have to bear the shipping costs (which were more than the cost of my order) and would only receive half of what I paid. This experience has been incredibly frustrating!

This company is dreadful to deal with. I got my glasses but the left lens was unusable. Despite numerous emails and attempts to resolve the issue, nothing was done. I've had several pairs of glasses made perfectly from the same prescription by a different company. This company, however, used every excuse to avoid taking responsibility. In the end, I returned the glasses and accepted a partial refund. The entire experience was awful. I have two more pairs on the way from this company and I'm expecting to face the same problems. I strongly advise keeping a wide berth from this company.

I'm extremely disappointed with this company and won't be placing any orders with them in the future. I should have stuck with Zenni. The delivery was extremely slow, taking nearly a month, and the reading glasses I received had a double lens in the right eye. The worst part is their lack of customer service. The contact number provided on the receipt doesn't work.

I've sent an email to them but haven't received a response yet. I certainly wouldn't have ordered from them if I knew their customer service was non-existent, despite their claims of being in business for a long time. It's hard to believe that a company cares about its customers when they are unreachable. Proceed with caution.

I ordered the thinnest lenses available, but what I received resembled the low-quality plastic lenses that come free with an eye exam at America's Best. They protruded significantly from the frames. Additionally, the frames looked nothing like they did in the virtual trial. The company refused to honor their own return policy, citing that the frames were on sale, but their policy does not mention any such condition.

Also, take a closer look at the reviews on their website. They only display the 5-star reviews, and every product has a perfect rating. This is a clear sign of a disreputable and untrustworthy company.

I bought three pairs of prescription glasses from this company. However, when I wore them, everything appeared skewed and induced severe dizziness. When I tilted my head up and looked down, all objects seemed to warp into odd shapes. I paid for all three lenses to be fixed, but when I received them the second time, the problem persisted. It seems like this company doesn't know how to properly manufacture lenses. The frames are decent, but they're of no use if I can't see through the lenses.
