Once an order is made, a unique number is allocated to each retailer source. In the process of validating authenticity, KICKS CREW labels each sneaker pair with our distinctive RFID zip tie.

These RFID tags allow customers to access all details related to their purchase, such as the date of purchase, price, model, size, and more. Additionally, they can trace the entire journey of the product and identify the retailer it was sourced from.

Return Policy

Regarding returns and exchanges, a return handling fee is applied, constituting 15% of the total transaction payment.

Moreover, the brand places the responsibility of all shipping costs on the customer, for both the original and return shipment, thus increasing the financial obligation. It's worth noting that the shipping fee at KICKS CREW is significantly high.

    The order was delivered exactly as requested. The packaging was minimal and the presentation was good. Although the shipping costs were quite high and the delivery time from Asia was long, this is one of the few places where you can find Onitsuka Tigers now.

    I am extremely satisfied with the service, especially when it comes to tracking updates and delivery timings. However, I wish that multiple items could be shipped together at a single shipping cost.
    The only drawback I've encountered is the inability to order multiple items at once, as the system requires me to place separate orders for each item and pay for each individually. This is quite disappointing.

    The ordering process was straightforward. I received a tracking number within the expected time frame and the delivery arrived as scheduled. I absolutely adore the shoes! Crew Kicks was the only place where I could find this particular pair.

    The return policy is extremely disappointing! The shoes are too expensive and returning the sneakers I overpaid for was a challenging process. I found the same pair for $65 elsewhere, while I paid $191 through Kickscrew. After a lengthy process, I only received $107 back. I won't be using this company again.

    Customer Support Deficiency:
    The most noticeable problem I faced was the total lack of efficient customer service. Despite numerous attempts to get help with my order, I received no response. For a business in today's digital world, this kind of unresponsiveness is not just annoying, but also unacceptable.

    Absence of Telephone Support:
    Adding to the issue was the unavailability of a customer service phone number. Not having a direct line to talk with a representative made me feel neglected and helpless. Even email communication, which should be a standard backup, was equally unproductive in my situation.

    The time it takes for the seller to process the order is between 5-10 days, which is quite long. So, receiving the package does take a while. Apart from this, everything else was satisfactory. The shoes look fantastic.

    The delivery process was a bit lengthy, but once the shoes were dispatched, they arrived within a few days. The shoes are fantastic and I'm thrilled about them. However, be prepared for a wait of nearly 10 business days for them to be shipped.
