I registered for a free sample and only had to pay .99c for shipping. However, this turned out to be a huge mistake as they now had my credit card information. Apparently, by opting for the free sample, I was unknowingly subscribing to a monthly delivery of products that I didn't need. I tried to cancel this subscription, but they continued to charge me every month. When I spoke to the manager, he informed me that I had only cancelled part of my subscription. He assured me that I could return the product for a full refund. But despite returning the product, I didn't receive any refund. In the end, the .99c free sample cost me more than $500. The only item they sent that I found useful was a comb.

Avoid purchasing from Keranique directly! They tend to send items you didn't order and returning them is a hassle as you have to bear the return shipping cost. Also, they don't refund the original shipping fee. Communicating with their customer service is challenging as their representatives have a strong accent and English proficiency is quite low.

I bought a product from this company, hoping it would be worthwhile. However, they signed me up for a monthly billing scheme without my consent. The stress of trying to cancel this unsolicited billing is likely to cause more hair loss than the product can potentially restore. This company should face legal action for such practices. Regardless of whether the product is effective or not, I will never purchase from this company again.

This company isn't worth a single star. They signed me up for a subscription without my consent. When I discovered this, I attempted to cancel the subscription online, but there was no option for that. I called and was assured that it would be cancelled, yet three months later, my account is still being charged and I'm receiving unwanted packages. I'm currently in talks with my bank to block any further transactions from this fraudulent company. It's absolutely absurd.

Quite pricey, but I observed a significant amount of new hair growth. I didn't notice any improvement in the health of my hair but it seemed to grow a bit faster. I really like the shampoo and conditioner due to the extremely clean and refreshing sensation they provide.

The shampoo and conditioner exacerbated my hair loss. However, when I reverted to my usual shampoo and conditioner, my hair loss decreased notably. I did appreciate the mindoxicil spray and would suggest purchasing it separately. The volumizing lift spray is also fairly good. Unfortunately, I had to dispose of the shampoo and conditioner.

I've been using this shampoo and conditioner duo for around a month and a half. During this period, I exclusively used these products for my hair care routine. From the very first use, I noticed a significant increase in volume, which was exactly what I was aiming for. The stimulating ingredients in these products create a tingling sensation as you wash your hair, which I find quite soothing. Additionally, they have a pleasant fragrance. After the initial use, I observed an increase in volume in my curly hair, precisely what I wanted.
