I bought two clocks, each priced slightly below £100. Personally, I felt the clocks were of low quality and didn't justify the cost. However, I had a smooth experience while trying to get the return label, thanks to the friendly and supportive staff. Since I made the payment via PayPal, I received a full refund within two days after returning the items.

The company gives the impression that their products are locally made when they are actually manufactured in China. The instructions provided were in Chinese and didn't even match the product. I had to improvise and drill my own holes so the components would fit together. I tried to post a negative review on their website, but it seems they only publish positive ones, potentially misleading other customers. I regret spending money on a couch that turned out to be uncomfortable, and their return policy is unreasonable. I would advise others to thoroughly research reviews of this company before making any purchases.

I ordered a makeup vanity in August but there was no ability to track the order. I decided to place another order and ended up receiving 10 boxes, all of which had defective parts. I requested a full refund. They asked for more information and said a return was needed. They offered a resolution which I accepted. However, they then asked for more information again. The whole process has been very roundabout and confusing.

The two pieces of furniture we purchased from Homary, a nightstand and a sofa bed, appeared big and sturdy in the website images. However, upon their arrival, we discovered they were quite different from our expectations.

The tabletop is absolutely stunning with its delicate patterns and lacks the flaws that you'd typically find in natural marble. However, the design of the table legs is just okay.

I bought the largest size, 2 meters long, which is incredibly spacious. There are also two smaller sizes to choose from if you prefer.

Quality⭐⭐⭐⭐

Despite being made of man-made marble, it's quite solid and well-polished. It loses a star due to the table legs - the color and welding could be slightly better.

Maintenance⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's super easy to clean - just a damp cloth plus kitchen paper will do the trick. It's less prone to staining and discoloration than natural marble. I haven't tried putting anything hot directly on it, so I'm not sure about how heat-resistant it is.

Price ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I made the decision to buy this table somewhat impulsively - I had been waiting months for a natural marble dining table from CB2, and after two flawed deliveries, I gave up and when I saw this one was in stock, I decided to go for it. It was about $400 cheaper than CB2.

Shipping ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The shipping was free, but you definitely should purchase the $99 white glove service. It's definitely worth the price as they will deliver and set up the table for you in about twenty minutes. I wouldn't recommend trying to install it yourself.

The items are quite inexpensive yet overvalued. Purchasing from Ikea or an unbranded product on Amazon or Wayfair would have been a wiser choice. The quality of the furniture and lamp I received was disappointingly low. I regret being deceived into buying from this company. I don't enjoy giving negative feedback, but I must say that Homary is not up to par. Please be cautious.

The condition of the nightstand was completely unacceptable. Yellow stains marred its surface, appearing as though someone had soiled it. The shelves bore the brunt of the damage, broken and unstable, while the base simply detached itself. The top panel had also lost its connection to the rest of the nightstand.

The nightstand was a sorry sight, battered, dirty, and beyond repair. I couldn't believe that they had the audacity to send me an item that was more suited to a junkyard than a client's home.

The product didn't match the pictures provided. The firm demanded that I bear the cost of returning a piece of furniture, which is indicative of poor customer service.

However, they deserve praise for processing the refund. But they failed to recognize the discrepancy in the product and the entire procedure was quite lengthy, taking about a month since they first responded.

The product I received was faulty. I had to exchange numerous emails asking for images of the box and the item, and then a video of the product. In response, I was given a video in a foreign language showing how to repair it. Unfortunately, the video wasn't even for the product I purchased! I requested a refund but haven't received any response for several weeks. I regret not checking the reviews for this store before purchasing furniture.

UPDATE AFTER TWO MONTHS: Following this review, Homary proposed a 60% discount for me to repair it myself. Thankfully, my husband is quite skilled at such tasks, so we bought a part and he managed to fix it. Therefore, I'm revising my rating from 1 star to 3.

Shopping on the website was straightforward and I was able to find the design I wanted for my bathroom renovation. However, the customer service was extremely disappointing. I attempted to return the sink faucet multiple times as it did not fit the hole layout in my countertop. Despite being within the 30-day return policy, my requests were ignored. Now, I'm left with a faucet that I can't use and I need to buy a new one. This is a waste of money.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company if you value your money and time.

The product I received is vastly different from the one advertised, with such poor quality that I wouldn't even take it if it were free. It's so subpar, I doubt even GoodWill would accept it as a donation. Moreover, their customer service makes it exceedingly difficult to return the product.

I suspect the five-star reviews on their website are fabricated. You'll notice that none of the positive reviews include photos, likely because actual images of the products without heavy editing would expose the terrible quality of their items.

Both the product and service quality score a disappointing 0 out of 10. This has been one of my worst online shopping experiences to date.

I purchased a kitchen faucet from a website that promised to ship within 48 hours. However, they didn't mention that the product was being shipped from China using regular mail, which took more than six weeks to arrive. By the time I received the faucet, my renovation project had already been completed. Furthermore, the return process was very inconvenient and took several more weeks.
