Nice variety, fair prices, great deals and the customer service has been quick and effective.

My second order didn't ship within the promised 3-5 business days, instead it took 3 weeks. I wasn't in a rush so it was fine. But when the items show up, they're beautiful and exactly as described. I love that I can track the delivery precisely.

One of the four items was refunded before shipping, maybe they ran out. I'm thankful for their proactiveness, the refund showed up in my bank account within a few days. Really good additions to my closet. I'll definitely shop here again.

For my first order, I decided to change the color of a sweater after I'd already placed and paid for the order. They responded within 12 hours and made the change. I also chose to go up a size on a skirt from xs to s (before it was shipped, I wanted to be sure about the size). They accommodated this too. I never felt like I was bothering them.

I bought a lovely dress from Chicwish. I noticed the material was coming apart and reached out to their customer support with pictures. Initially, they said it didn't seem damaged but after a few exchanges, they assisted me with a refund in the form of store credits. I'm really pleased and will buy again as everything was sorted out eventually. Their customer service was always fast to reply!

I had to send back the stuff I bought from them because it wasn't worth the cost. After a whole month of dropping off the items at USPS, I still didn't hear anything from them about receiving my items. So, I decided to email them. In a day, they replied saying they'll look into my returned items at their warehouse. That very day, they gave me my refund. It seems to me, if I hadn't asked for my money back, they would've kept both my money and the items. Feels quite fishy to me.

I placed my order for a skirt on 14 Dec and it came today (21 Dec). I'm from the UK. I absolutely adore it! The material is top-notch and the fit is wonderful. I'm a UK size 12 on the hips, but my waist isn't slim, more block-like than pear-shaped. My upper body is a size 14. I went for size L. It hugs my waist perfectly, so no more mince pies or it won't fit for Christmas. I'm really pleased with it. It's stylish! I'd definitely shop with Chicwish again.
