These GM U-Bolt plates are made for 2 1/2" width Leaf Springs, if the center locating pin hole is used it will fit a 2 3/4"-3 5/8" axle tube. These U-bolt plates are also a perfect match for our custom spring perches.

Like our spring perches these U-Bolt plates offer 2" of total wheelbase adjustment so that your u-bolts will stay perpendicular to the axle tube.

They are laser cut form 3/8" plate and are CNC bent to make them incredibly rigid. Our U-bolt plates also offer slotted u-bolt holes so that if you upgrade to larger axles you will not have to purchase new u-bolt plates to help keep upgrade cost down.

If you are having clearance issues with your steering then our offset tie rod end (OS2234R) may just be what the doctor ordered this will offset your tie rod 1".

This is a right hand thread offset tie rod end that is based of from the legendary GM 1 ton tie rod end, it shares the same taper (7° or 1.5" per ft.) and will fit most dana 60 front axles.

These are sold individually. These TRE have a 7/8-18 thread pitch and we include a jam nut with them.

The Barnes 4WD Cross Member mounting set comes with everything you need to make a cross member both rigid and still isolate vibration.

Out kit is made of 2.0" DOM with a .25" wall and tabs for welding to your frame, two grade 8, 9/16" bolts with Lock nuts, 4 high quality Bushings, and extra heavy wall inner sleeves that will not deform unlike the cheap thin wall product that others sell.

Barnes 4wd u-bolts are anything but standard! This u bolt measures 5/8" X 4" X 14" and are a great fit for a AAM 11.5, Dana 80 or Dana 70 HD.

Our U-bolts are made from a cold drawn 1541 alloy that is stress relieved. This produces an alloy that is has grade 8 strength but not grade 8 hardness. The threads on our U-bolts are 5/8"-18 fine threads and are manufactured with a smooth rolled thread. The mating Hi-Nuts are hardened as well as the thick washers and are manufactured with sharp cut threads.

When a U-Bolt is tightened the U-Bolt threads stretch as they mate with the Hi-Nuts this insures proper tightness of the fastener is maintained this stretching is not visible but a U-bolt should never be reused because removing the tall nut will cross thread the U-Bolt.

Our U-bolts bolts have a torque spec of 150 foot pounds and should never be tightened with an impact gun.
