HIGH QUALITY: We use durable marine-grade vinyl and premium 1.5 lb upgraded high-density foam for our spa covers. Designed with two polystyrene steam-stoppers to retain heat and a vapor barrier to keep the moisture out of the cores. These are complemented by marine-grade polyester thread and heavy-duty nylon zippers with aluminum pulls, rigorously tested to endure one million uses.
STRENGTH: Non-corrosive, galvanized metal C-Channel bars add superior strength and add structural support while keeping weight down. It will not fail, bend, or warp like aluminum which is 30% weaker.
TAPERED DESIGN: These covers are designed with top-quality insulating polystyrene, tapered from 4 inches to 2 inches to ensure efficient rainwater runoff. Additionally, the breathable underside material allows water to dissipate and is chloric and bromine resistant.
COMPATIBILITY: 82” x 82” Spa Cover fits 80” up to 82” Hot Tub Dimensions and has rounded corners that fit from 4” up to 6” radius.
