DIP switches on the transmitter and the receiver must have the same position on both in order for the system to work , if not matched the transmitter will not work, check the photos to find the place of the dip switches on both.

Testing the kit : make sure the receiver is on the RS mode ,press ON or OFF button from the transmitter, the receiver should indicate a red flashing light , that means transmitter is connected with receiver, if not make sure that the dip switches are in the same position and matched on both transmitter and the receiver.
