MyPillow

While I find Mike to be a good person, I am quite dissatisfied with the MySlippers. They are the most uncomfortable slippers I have ever worn. They are too small, with one being slightly smaller than the other, and they are not made in the USA but in Cambodia. Within a month, the gel pad inside the slipper became misshapen, making it feel like I'm stepping on a ball. Additionally, the return policy requires the customer to pay for return shipping. My $14 slippers from Walmart, which I've had for over a year, are much more comfortable than these. This was my first purchase from Mike and based on this experience, I doubt I will be making another. This has been a disappointing experience.

I purchased a split king giza dream sheet set from My Pillow. Regrettably, My Pillow's split set comes with a California King flat sheet which is not a good fit for my king bed. I reached out to customer service but they couldn't provide a solution. There's no alternative way to purchase a split set and they don't sell the flat sheet separately. The California flat sheet is excessively long and lacks the necessary width! It's quite exasperating!

We purchased sheets from My Pillow. Unfortunately, they are not visually appealing. This is not a comment on their quality, but they consistently remain wrinkled despite multiple washes. We reached out to MyPillow for a refund, but they deducted $9.98 for a return shipping label due to the elapsed time since purchase. Based on this experience, I wouldn't purchase from MyPillow again nor would I recommend them to others.

These slippers are the comfiest I've ever worn when I first put them on. However, like many others, my right slipper broke and the inner stuffing began to leak from the tear, which kept getting bigger even after I tried to fix it with duct tape. They're only 5 months old, making them the least durable moccasins I've ever had. It's really disappointing!

I am shocked at how terrible this experience has been. We paid $110.17 for two pillows. Not only is the quality of the pillows very poor, but the customer service has been even worse. The pillows arrived with snags in the fabric and the filling is extremely lumpy (see photos). The customer service rep was rude, dismissive and said that because of the snags they would allow us to exchange, but if we wanted to return we would have to pay for return shipping.

I'm finding it hard to articulate, but this pillow is truly amazing. I've tried numerous pillows and this one stands out. The fact that it's easy to wash and dry is a big plus. It might require a bit of adjustment to get it into the perfect shape, but once you do, it's absolute heaven. There's not much difference between the medium and skinny sizes, but both are suitable for us.

Just to be brief, I'm a light sleeper and I highly value good pillows. I tested out a pair of My pillows in Queen size. The first few nights were fine, but by the third or fourth night, I began to wake up with headaches nearly every morning. After less than two weeks, I reverted back to my old pillows, which are three years old and were purchased from Bed, Bath and Beyond, and the headaches ceased. My pillows just didn't work for me.

The pillows are not suitable for machine washing as promoted. After washing mine, it became uneven and uncomfortable for sleeping. The claim that these are the best pillows for sleeping seems misleading.

My wife and I have bought a few products from My Pillow. We found the topper to be just okay, not as comfortable as we had hoped. We also bought slippers, but they seem to be a couple of sizes too small. This might be due to the way the slippers are made. I ordered the largest size available, a 13, but it was still too small. The customer service wasn't helpful either. The representative said there was nothing the company could do. As a result, we decided not to buy from them again. We wish the company well, but we won't be supporting them anymore.

I'm not criticizing the product (women's moccasin slippers), but rather providing useful information for other customers. I bought my usual size as suggested. The left slipper was a perfect fit and very comfortable, but the right one kept slipping off my heel when I walked. (My right foot is a bit smaller than the left, but the difference is not usually this noticeable). The faux fur lining felt too warm for a 95-degree summer day. As a senior citizen, I'd caution others that the slippers are heavily padded. This makes it hard to get a sense of the floor, unlike sneakers or other less padded shoes. The padding is supposed to add comfort, but I feel Mike Lindell should reconsider this feature for seniors who need to feel more stable when walking. I've returned the slippers and received a full refund, but had to pay $8 for UPS pickup.

I was optimistic that my extensive and costly hunt for the perfect pillow would conclude after buying two of these medium fill pillows. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. Initially, the pillow feels extremely cozy, but the stuffing slowly shifts to the top and sides, providing no support. I find myself waking up multiple times at night to fluff it back up. It's not worth the investment.
