24V 60W Ceramic heating ring with built-in copper plated heating loop. The ceramic can be heated evenly, fast heating, can reach 360°C degree loop heating. But due to the thermistor temperature limited, please keep the printing temperrature under 300°C degree for long time.

This adaptor heatbreak is made of bimetal material - Copper and titanium alloy TC4. Titanium TC4 reduces heat upward conduction at the heating position, and copper for heat dissipation to accelerate heat conduction. And can reach higher temperature.
With this adaptor feeding tube you can reuse all your existing V6 style nozzles Compatible with your Prusa MK4 or Prusa XL FDM 3D printer with the Nextruder toolhead.
We use flanged design in the end of the threaded part , which can reduce the filament leakage during printing.

Copper and Titanium TC4 Bi-Metal Heatbreak has High temperature resistant up to 500C degree, smooth inner wall reduce clogging. It is named "Bi-Metal Heatbreak" with different thermal conductivity. It is composed of 2 parts. We use a special process to hold them firmly together. You don't need to worry about it being damaged.
NOTE: the smooth part size is OD6mm, not suitable for other hotend, only Compatible with Creality Sprite extruder or sprite extruder pro use, please know before ordering
