Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. Are rice paddles worth it?

Yes, rice paddles (also known as shamoji in Japanese culture) are worth it when it comes to cooking rice. They are specifically designed to not mush down or disturb the rice when fluffing, stirring, or serving. This ensures that the rice remains fluffy and intact, resulting in a better overall texture and presentation.

2. Is a rice paddle better than a wooden spoon?

Yes, a rice paddle is generally considered better than a wooden spoon when it comes to scooping and serving rice. The paddle is designed to handle these tasks more efficiently and easily.
