Unlike many other right-angle drive accessories, this DeWalt drive can withstand heavy loads from cordless bits and percussive drives! One of the main reasons I bought this equipment is that in some of the townhouses we own, three "long 3" lag bolts are installed and removed to secure our iron staircase handrails in place. The top Ballister is less than 6 "from the wall, and the only way is to insert or remove the 3" lag bolt with a ratchet device or this angle driver. I bought a Milwaukee, and it died in less than four bolts-six for each handrail. I bought another one at the local hardware store for $34, and it couldn't afford to drive a 3-inch pull bolt with an impact drive or a cordless bit. This DeWalt drive is great-I've installed more than 20 tension bolts with it, and it's not missing a beat. If you need these angle drives, I highly recommend this DeWalt drive.

Let me start with this comment: I can usually find a considerable number of pros and cons for and against the project about anything and everything I buy. From my limited experience and in today's market mediocre to average quality of things (above average to amazing prices) the lucky draw seems to have played the biggest role in whether I get a good average price item or a Monday or Friday production project. Say, let's continue this review: -) so, I do have a few cable Porter-Cable projects, and over the years, I've had them and they've been used, and they've all been held pretty well. Now understand that these cable projects are certainly not honed by contractor life, but they have been used to help me produce and complete what I think is average and slightly above average DIYER type work. So I bought this duet because my Black&Decker FireStorm 18V drill no longer suits me. Its original battery was on top of the extra battery I bought for it, just stopping the expected and required performance. Note that this FireStorm project is part of a set (flashlights, skill saws, reciprocating saws and drills). So after looking at many of the brands and prices I was willing to spend, I chose PC, because of my previous experience with their wired devices. I didn't use it much, but I was glad I bought it, so I bought a few. No, no.

I have one like this. My electrician uses it every day (it's been a few weeks now) to drill holes in my ~ 1900 house. He broke two other cheaper right-angle adapters (nameless & DeWalt), but this one works well! We mainly use 3 "short spiral bits (HbrFrt" Warrior "brand), but I have used 1" short spiral bits with consumer grade cordless 1 "hexadecimal impact drivers once or twice. The impact hardly had enough torque to drive the hard old wood, but the right angle supported it well. Both uses may exceed its recommended capacity, but so far it has been on hold for several weeks. Even if it gave up the ghost after the project, I would still be happy. My only problem is that it's a little broken in the hexadecimal chuck, and we're trying to get it out. (this should tell you everything you need to know about build quality-it's more powerful than the 1 "hexadecimal bit.)

I am resting and using this to reach the way back, drill a small pilot hole, and then screw in our new sliding shelf unit that I am installing the L bracket. In order to align (soft close, either you are dead, or they do not catch), I have to leave the shelf to connect to the L bracket and slider units, and there is only 8 "top clearance & must be able to reach 22 when lying on the floor". Considering the size of the rotating head at this unit angle, it is best to keep it on small screws and drills. You cannot use it for heavy construction needs or large or long screws. The head is magnetic and has a capture latch that must be pulled back to release the bit. In addition, the gripper latch has a powerful magnet that provides hands-free screw fixation. I have bent the spline into a 1 circle and entered the tight point, and the spline still works properly. The only two rotating parts are the position of the bit and sliding into the back of the hexadecimal drive, thus avoiding the embarrassing tool marks often left by chuck accidents. It has a small handle with threads on both sides of the corner. The handle is hollow, has a removable lid and can hold several small bits. Instead of committing suicide and using a short screw and muscle after using an awl, this has made installation clean and easy. I recommend that you do not exceed # 8 or # 10 x 3 to maximum 1 "because the head is too thin to accommodate robust gears.

If you need to drill holes or torque screws / bolts in a small space, stop looking. I even put it on a 24V impact drive, which handles high RPM very well. The compact size allowed me to enter a very compact space, while the rotating handle gave me a firm grip

I polished these drills on the wooden lathe. About once a year, they slow down and then stagnate. The bearing on the motor will be stuck, if the running time is longer, the plastic shell of the bearing will melt, so do not run longer. R4 bearings are shielded, and I replace them with seals, which have a longer life. I like that they can run with one hand to polish it, so I occasionally put up with the bearings getting stuck. The gearbox is dusty and mixed with grease, and the gears must be cleaned and re-lubricated when replacing bearings. I have a three-year bearing that has only been replaced twice, and there is nothing wrong with the bearing on the gear. These are replicas of the old Milwaukee close exercise. The new Milwaukee close training is just uncomfortable. A lot of complaints about gear noise, most angle bits have noisy gears, and this is much better than port freight!

Good right angle bit for easy operation, suitable for all DeWalt 20 volt batteries. I bought this version, without any batteries, hoping to use my larger 20-volt battery, and I used it with their brushless bits and several other 20-volt tools. The work is perfect, and the increased running time is more important to me than the lighter weight. It's like a two-speed gearbox plus a gearbox, because I use it to drill and twist. I'm rebuilding an airflow trailer and a good right-angle bit, and it's absolutely important to get into hard-to-reach places. I like the double-speed gearbox plus transmission function because I use it to drill and screw. I'm rebuilding an airflow trailer and a good right-angle bit to get into hard-to-reach places, which is absolute.

This drill is great. Much stronger than I thought, I was an electrician and needed a drill to drill into a small space. There's nothing wrong with drilling a 1 "Bosch Warrior bit." Super fast, easy to grasp, enough strength, omni-directional great victory. It's very impressive.

I used this to drill a 3-inch hole between the studs, 12 wires. It itself is less than 4 inches, about 7 inches, and is connected to the bits in the picture. This is not a quick connection, but will fit into a conventional drill chuck. Major: 1.) All metal, feels good quality. The gear is metal. Clean or lubricate separately.

This thing is amazing. My only complaint is that it's a little hard to get, and if you need to exert any force while drilling, you have to hold it. Otherwise, no complaints.
