Best Kayak Seats of 2026

"I put these seats on my Sundolphin Journey kayaks, and the installation went smoothly. The seats feel stable and provide excellent back support. I appreciate the overall quality and performance, and I'm happy with how they fit both the 10SS and 12SS models."

"I replaced my daughters’ kayak seat backs with these, and they’re so much more comfortable than the originals. The installation was quick and simple, and the improved comfort is immediately noticeable."

"These seats are a big upgrade from the stock options. The texture and support are great, and they seem durable. My only small gripe is that the seat can move around a bit, so I’d prefer a non-slip base, but overall, they’re an excellent value."

"I bought two of these cushions for our kayaks and they've made a huge difference in comfort. The pads stay put thanks to their weight, and the two-layer gel design provides perfect support. They even dry quickly after getting wet. For the added comfort and versatility, they're absolutely worth it—I even plan to use them at sporting events on hard bleachers."

"After adding these pads to our kayaks, we were able to fish comfortably for 7 hours without any discomfort. It made our outing so much better! The only thing I'd change is to have a seat pocket to keep them even more secure, but that's easy to fix. Highly recommend for anyone needing extra cushioning."

"I use this on top of my paddleboard seat, and the difference in comfort is incredible. Normally, after a few hours, my rear hurts, but with this cushion, I was comfortable for almost seven hours of paddling. For the price, you can't beat how much it improved my experience."

"I outfitted my daughter's kayak with this seat and was really impressed by how easy it was to install and adjust. The seat stays securely in place once tightened, and the back support made her much more comfortable compared to the molded plastic. The added zippered pocket on the back is a nice bonus for storing small items. I ended up buying two more for my sons' kayaks since they were jealous of their sister's upgrade. Great value for kids' kayaks!"

"I picked this up for my inflatable paddleboard so my grandkids would have a safer, more comfortable seat. At first, I had concerns about the backrest's sturdiness, but after I positioned it right, it worked perfectly. I'm happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it for paddleboards or kayaks needing extra comfort."

"For the price, I was impressed by the construction and stitching. The back support is excellent, though the seat padding is on the thin side. The little backpack pocket is super convenient for holding my wallet and dry box. Highly recommended for budget kayak upgrades!"

"I’ve used this cushion for kayaking and was really impressed with how comfortable and supportive it is. The material is waterproof, washable, and floats, which is a huge plus. I wish there were more handles or straps, but it was easy to add my own. After a long 15-mile trip, my seat still felt great and I didn’t need to adjust once. Highly recommend as a seat upgrade!"

"After switching from my old gel seat, this cushion provided a big upgrade in comfort. It fits perfectly in my kayak, doesn’t slip around, and offers excellent back support. I do have some slight concerns about how long the cover will last, but the inside material is tough and easy to clean."

"I originally bought this for kayaking, but I’ve ended up using it at the kitchen table because it’s surprisingly comfortable and keeps my back from hurting. It keeps me cool and makes even the hardest chair feel soft. Great for both kayak and home use!"

"I attached these paddle holders to the rails behind my kayak seat, and they keep my paddle perfectly secure while I’m fishing. Super sturdy—even survived a fall from my van without damage! Definitely a solid product and a great deal."

"I love how these holders keep my paddle secure and out of the way while I’m fishing. They’re doing a fantastic job so far, and I have absolutely no complaints. If you’re going to get one, make sure to pick up a pair—one alone isn’t very useful!"

"These paddle holders are strong, durable, and fit my kayak rails perfectly. The only thing to note is that they require precise handle alignment to insert the paddle easily, and paddles with thick rubber grips might not fit. Otherwise, I’m very satisfied!"

"I've tried this seat in both my NuCanoe F10 and on my inflatable paddle board, and it's been solid and easy to adjust in both settings. I especially like the durable material and cool look. While the seat could use a bit more cushion, it's still more comfortable than pricier alternatives and offers excellent back support, especially for higher seating positions."

"After using three of these over five years, I've found them to be reliable and comfortable even when left outside all year. The quality holds up and they're easy to install. I definitely recommend this product!"

"I bought a pair for a tandem kayak, mainly for the affordable price and durable clips. The nylon straps feel sturdy and the wide backs don't interfere with paddling at all. Back support is excellent, and the seat height works great for taller paddlers like me. Padding is minimal, but that's common and not a dealbreaker for me."

"I really appreciate that these plugs are affordable and now all my pool floats finally have plugs when summer comes around. No more searching everywhere—every float is ready to use!"

"The quality of this product is just like the original. I used it on my old kids' pool, and it fit perfectly. My air mattress pump worked flawlessly, and the valves kept the air in with no leaks."

"I tried using this for my spa liner, but it was a bit too small. I ended up using some silicone caulk to make it fit and it's been holding up well ever since."

"As someone who spends a lot of time kayak fishing, I really appreciate the extra organization and storage this product offers. The TracPak is a must-have for keeping my gear neatly sorted on the water!"

"The size is just right for holding my cell phone, pliers, and other small items. It's well-suited for my needs, but I do recommend picking up the quick release mount for easier installation."

"My first set arrived damaged, but after getting a replacement, the fit is secure and feels much sturdier. I’m looking forward to putting it to the test on my kayak this weekend!"

"I bought this for kayak fishing and it turned out to be perfect for my trips. I attached it right to my seat and was amazed by how much it could hold—definitely more than I needed. After 8 hours on the river, everything inside stayed cool and dry, and nothing melted. Easy access behind the seat made it super convenient!"

"As someone who loves to fish in saltwater, I found this cooler to be a fantastic addition to my kayak. It keeps ice solid for a long time and can fit a surprising amount of gear or catch. The slim, sleek design doesn’t take up much space, and it looks great on my kayak. Once I figured out how to use the included straps, it stayed secure all day."

"I really enjoy using this cooler so far. It looks sharp and works well, and the strap makes it easy to secure to my kayak. While I do wish the zipper felt a bit sturdier, it’s been holding up fine. No complaints for now!"

"I've used this seat on my kayak all summer and found it lightweight, durable, and easy to install. The adjustable back provides comfort during long paddles, and the foldable design makes transport simple. The only minor downsides were the lack of a manual and occasionally having to re-tighten the straps, but overall, it's definitely worth the price."

"I was impressed by how affordable this seat was compared to other brands. The material feels sturdy, and I can sit comfortably for hours. I did need to extend the front straps to fit my board perfectly, but with a quick DIY fix, the seat now sits exactly where I want it."

"The seat offers excellent back support and comfort on the water, making paddling much more enjoyable. Definitely a great value for the money!"
