I've been using the recently broken gas dresser. After deciding to charge this battery after reading the review, it has a bit of a heavy string compared to some other pruning in the same price range. Receive 2 days (today), rechargeable battery (about 6 hours), simple reading manual, attached shield-ready to go. Trim and edge my entire property (about 1 acre with sidewalks and a long driveway) in the same charge-works well, better than my old gasoline trim. There are two speeds. A little lower is enough. Seems to be doing well, highly recommended. Use it again today, for the second time. Now is a pleasant edge / trim, no more gas smell of clothes, this trim is highly recommended!

Well, I think it's light, but that's not a big deal. Battery life is terrible, it only has (1) cutting line, I should check it out. If I had, I wouldn't have bought this. Communication units have more power!

I have maintained my front and backyard for more than 10 years, and one of the good tools is a lawnmower to help trim, trim and edge weeds and weeds. I've been using gas-driven ropes for a long time, and one of the annoying things is that over time, the ropes you use to start them often fail or need to be pulled many times. In addition, the smell of gas will not be good for your health. I was excited to try a battery-powered wireless phone. Please note that Craftsman, once a proud brand of Sears, now belongs to Stanley Black&Decker. The production line where PROS-Unit assembly is easy to complete is installed quickly-much lighter than the old trimmer-wireless operation: more flexibility in movement without having to pull along the wire-the length of the weed machine can be easily adjusted, up to 6 inches long-well balanced and easy to hold-the standard protruding feed mechanism (colliding on something) can push more rope-the double rope design helps to eliminate the unhealthy smell. You no longer need to pull the rope several times to start WACKER-the battery is charged quickly (about 45 minutes to full) for about 1.5 hours-when WACKER is set to run at a slower but lower speed, the battery can last longer-battery level indicators-batteries and chargers can be interchangeable with other craftsmen V60 tools-strings are a little heavy-built-in hooks for storage (tip: for safety, Don't store the battery with WACKER)-brushless motor him.

So it like this weed eater for the time I had it. The power it had was great for what I wanted, and the weight did not bother me. The shaft was a great size for me, But the trimmer head was the thing that sucked. I could not get it off after 30 so I returned it. if you guys get this weed eater then the first thing you guys should do it to replace the weed eater head to one the is easer to use. but to end this review, it's a good weed eater and I do recommend it to anybody that is looking for more power and a 4 stroke motor that they do not need the mix gas and oil.

Pruning itself is good, it's motivated enough, and the only thing I don't like is that it has a thumb safety button instead of a label like a regular trimmer. Battery life is not very good 2ah battery, one held about 20 minutes, the other only about 15 minutes, perhaps less. I don't know if my battery is broken, or because of the first charge, or maybe the 2ah just doesn't have enough output power. All in all, pruning is good, but it would be better, if it had a 4ah battery, so it wouldn't die so fast. I will update the rating if I get a better battery for the next charging cycle. * Update * upgrade to 4ah battery and dramatic changes, 2ah really atomizes this pruning ability. Because of the improved performance of 4ah, it has changed from 3 to 4, which does not mean that 2ah consumes too much power for them.

I own and use electric knives on a regular basis. We live in Florida, where pruning is a year-round problem, so over the years I've tried a lot of different brands, from Oregon to Broad D, SunJoe, now this Craftsman. It's just a battery version. There is no doubt that the most powerful and problematic is the Oregon saw. It cuts like butter-when it's running, but it's problematic, and it's prone to problems. Sunjoe did the job, but almost. It's weak, and while it works well for light use, it crumbles when it comes to something more serious. Over the past few years, Bamboo D has remained good and has experienced some decent abuse / use. Strong enough to solve not only light shrubs, but basically no problems. And then there's this. Out of the box, this has more weight (both good and bad). I like 3 pieces in line with the ergonomic feeling and fit, which is easy to use, quite well balanced and well controlled. With a blade cover, this is powerful enough to handle medium-sized small branches easily. It doesn't seem to be stuck or suffocated. The project was at least as good-I say better-than Broad D, and began to get close to Oregon in terms of power. It hasn't fully reached there yet, but if it continues to perform well, I'll buy it before another Oregon because of how much trouble that machine has caused me, plus the price is almost twice as high. Solid overall performance!

I have been looking for a rugged straw trimmer that is electric but has a universal head. (I hate lever knobs because they never work long hours) I'm a woman, so it's important for me to have enough light-but sturdy equipment to do my sizeable size. This one meets the requirements!

Update: The penetrating oil worked and the bump cap came off easily. However, my initial review is still four stars for two reasons: 1. The manufacturer’s unnecessary over-tightening of the bump cap nut (I’m not the only one to have this problem ... check some of the other reviews), and 2) The manufacturer’s non-sensical decision to make two almost identical 25cc string cutters, but have one where the bump cap is turned clockwise to remove, while the other is the opposite. Hint for new users: check the model number and closely read the associated instructions.Pro: Overall, this is an excellent ‘weed wacker’. It was easy to assemble, was easy to start, in my initial run it cuts well, and is compatible with many of the Ryobi accessories I had purchased with my old string cutter.Con: When I ran out of .095 monofilament line I tried mightily to remove the bump cap. According to the instructions this model should have the cap come off clockwise. Either way, I cannot remove the bump cap. I even had one of my sons, who is a power lifter try ... no joy. Last attempt I put it in a pair of vice grip pliers, but it still wouldn’t budge. It is now soaking in penetrating oil.
