I need to replace my other black and Dirk blower with the old 18V battery. My battery is getting older and I don't want to buy it anymore, so I ordered this, for the money and the reason I need it, it's great. This hairdryer is used to blow dust and debris from your garage or deck, porch, sidewalk or other hard surface. I mainly use it to remove grass from lanes, streets and sidewalks after mowing. It may take me 10 minutes, and if I don't hurry, my old phone will start to wear out. It took me a long time to test this. I've probably been using it for at least 15 minutes without slowing down. I like the way it bends at the end, so the angle is right, and there's no need to lean over and let the debris blow slightly onto the grass or the curb. It's very light, small enough for an old woman like me to manage! It only has one switch. Easy to operate. It is also easy to assemble because the pipe simply slides and breaks in the right place. The battery said it would take four hours to charge, but my battery was finished in less than two hours. It could be partially charged. One of the lights flashes when charged and lights up steadily after charging. Great system. I am very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend cleaning and portable. Thank you for reading my comments, Becky Brooks.

This review is for jet blowers with batteries and chargers. In November 2017, I bought this package on Amazon for about half of the current price in the Lightning deal, so I felt lucky because it only cost about $65. When I first received it, I installed the battery. It worked properly, but I was disappointed with the lack of power. What I didn't realize was that the battery didn't have much power at first, so after a good charge, the results were completely different. In a good way. The bad little boy swayed. It makes a high-pitched cry (a bit like a jet turbine), which sounds weak, but humans can throw out some wind. I can do walks and driveways in front of me and my neighbors, which is a pretty big problem because all the leaves keep falling from nearby trees. I estimate that I have been using it for about 25 minutes when it is fully charged. It is light in weight and has some good features, such as a comfortable grip and a switch that allows you to run it without having to keep pressing the trigger. Cruise control. But what I really like about it is the control of the airflow. After a few uses, I learned that triggers are very sensitive, and by moving my fingers smoothly, I can control the air bushes and places where there are a lot of things, such as my back porch. I've never been able to do this with my other hairdryer, and I like it very much. After a little practice, I can.

I've been a big fan of Ryobi tools and their One+ tools for a long time. Using them in construction has never failed once, and only once, I bought their hammer drill when I first supplied it a few years ago, and finally I wore it out, and I was very interested in the leaf blower. Absolutely love it. No, it doesn't roll up paving stones or bricks like a good rope blade hairdryer, but how many times do you really need to roll it? Put the fully charged battery in, work anytime, anywhere, and move freely. Variable speed trigger, do not pinch your fingers unless you are mentally retarded, and point out that it tries to blow out leaves actively, giving you the ability to blow these annoying leaves away from your covered flower bed, without sending half the mulch to the yard is worth it alone. The old woman nagged you to clean the garage or yard? Pffefth! All right! Why are you parked there?! Drag it into the house, blow everything into a corner, then grab "foreign particle accumulator v1.0" and get the job done! I suspect it would be a waste of time if you let the leaves pile up and get wet, but since the system allows you to grab and leave quickly and painlessly, there is really no excuse for the leaves to pile up on the YY. Great products come from a great product line, and I may have 3 / 4 of their entire product line, all of which are well thought out solid tools. Eve.

I have a wired hair dryer from Toro, which is very special. I don't want to refuel because I really don't use a hairdryer very often. I never thought there was anything that could beat Toro's blower ability, but I did it. The only drawback is that it eventually runs out of power, but it usually doesn't do most, if not all, of the work I need it to do. It's really much better than a towing wire. I'm getting older, and it may get heavier over time, so I think the next time I'll buy a belt to help lose weight.

This is the perfect little job around the house. I used it to blow off the leaves on the deck, clean the garden hut, clean the sidewalks and driveways. Blow out a gravel road. But it's even better when you're hiding in a compact place like an air conditioning compressor, or in a cramped space like the 2-foot area between my shed and our privacy fence. It can move leaves well, not mulch or gravel. I highly recommend using a long nozzle TP00000199. The rubber nozzle that comes with it is ideal for blowing sawdust or leaves on the table, but it is only about a foot long. I am 5: 10 "and the long nozzle is perfect, allowing the airflow to descend to the deck and path surface without having to bend over." It takes a few seconds to replace the nozzle or battery. I like this hairdryer. I rarely say anything like that. It doesn't have a power meter, so it's very helpful to have a second battery to replace it if the blower slows down. Indicates that the battery is insufficient. It was a effortless decision for me, because I already used the Makita tool, so I already had a battery. I use this DUB182Z many times a day. At 3.5 pounds, it is very easy to handle one hand and maneuver into a cramped space. If you need a blower to replace the conventional wired exit blower. There are other options. But if what you need is a small job or a small area of access. This will be my highest recommendation. Update: the biggest drawback is when the blower just can't handle tasks like wet.

Updated:Contact support and they handled the replacement like a pro! Replacement on the way. Thanks GreenWorks!I bought this 40v blower to go withy string trimmer (which is excellent) the first concern I had was this blower was sent in an unmarked box from Sunrise Global Marketing. Ok, as long as it was as quality...now when I put my 40v battery on it a fully charged battery goes to 2 lights out of 4 and it smells like it is going to catch on fire...I am afraid to use it at all. I am going to contact customer service and see how they handle this but until then, buyer beware!!!!

I recharged the new battery (2 hours) and used blowers on all concrete roads, front landings, driveways, steps and wide sidewalks on the streets. There are 40 steps from the street to the hillside behind my house. Cunninghamia lanceolata, pine needles and dried flowers covered with concrete are targets. I walk fast but thoroughly. It only took me 14.5 minutes, and fortunately the battery lasted exactly 14.5 minutes (but not more). It may only take 60 seconds to keep the steps and landing neatly at the front door. The blower weighs only 4 pounds, so it's like waving a book with one hand. It took two hours for the battery to recharge. I timed it with a stopwatch. My other hairdryer weighs 12 pounds and needs arms and 50 feet of wire to do the same thing. I had to move the power cord to three different indoor sockets to cover the entire area, which was a waste of time. The rope was not long enough to walk down the wide aisle in front of the house, so I had to use the push room to do it. Depending on the region, I will take advantage of both in the autumn. I looked at YouTube, and found a 30-minute message ad. Really show off the product.

I use this as a vacuum cleaner (not a hair dryer) and it works very well. It's light and easy to carry. Pretty strong suction. The material is sucked into a long (and very sturdy) plastic tube into a part with a rotating "blade" that provides suction (and, I think, as a covering, dividing large objects into smaller parts). From there they are all sucked into the bag. The reason is 4 stars, not 5 stars, because sometimes, when you turn off the motor, small pieces of material will fall to the ground. For example, this happened when I vacuumed the driveway to remove the pine needles we dropped when we threw away the Christmas tree. They are sucked into the bucket and kept there-but once you turn off the motor, it will fall off. It's as if they were caught in a plastic bucket by a whirlpool of suction, but not into a collection bag. Once you turn off the motor, the vortex disappears and the small piece falls out. I have learned (mostly) to avoid problems by keeping the motor running, raising the unit to make the plastic bucket about 45 degrees above the level, while rotating the unit to keep the barrel at the top (the blade bit and the motor at the bottom). This (I think) causes the small piece of material to move to the top of the barrel, then into the "cover", and then into the bag. Bottom line: if you're looking for super suction, look elsewhere, but if you want to be light and rational.

I have a love-hate relationship with this product, but mainly love. There is no doubt that this is the best (6) different cordless hair dryer I have tried in the past five years. There's a big gap. High power, slim and compact design, excellent construction. In addition, the battery gave me hundreds of recharges, hardly showing any capacity loss. I use this fan every day on the deck of the northwestern United States to move small organic fragments (leaves, needles, sticks, pods, moss, pollen, etc.), and I like it. Why not five stars? It has a serious but limited design flaw. Simply put, the safety switch / trigger fails after about 100 hours of swing. It uses a simple plastic mechanism that, over time, eventually fails when the part slips from one side to the other, eventually preventing the trigger from connecting. Only strong and repeated side-to-side movements can cause the mechanism to slide left and right (you can feel it), and only a lot. But it is bound to fail in the end, and it should have failed a long time ago. How should I know? Because I am in my third unit, and the first two failures (during the warranty period) are exactly the same way after the same duration. I took them apart, saw the problem, and was able to complete the connection, and saw that it was just a malfunction of a small plastic piece in the molded plastic shell that stopped it. Even so, I sincerely recommend this product. I can't imagine anyone using this more thoroughly / harder than I do if you don't need to.

I bought this item about a month ago, and I am very satisfied with this purchase. When shopping, I want to know if 40 volts is enough, or if I should pay for an 80 volt blade blower. The 40 volt unit works well. I live under the Douglas fir tree, which blows the debris it has accumulated over the years off my roof. After the moss on the roof was loosened with planks, the machine also blew away all the fragments. I also used it to blow away a long driveway under the fir tree, and it worked very well. The battery lasted long enough for me because I was working alternately between releasing the compacted fragments of the tire with a rake and then blowing off the fragments with this device. So I can do a satisfactory job on every charge. It is very easy to handle loose fir fragments on my deck and porch. I have no doubt that it will deal with maple leaves in autumn. The charger works well.

Best Cordless Leaf Blowers Buying Guide

Henry Colon
Share post:

Cordless leaf blower includes any leaf blowers that are not electrically-driven. Gas operated leaf blowers and battery-driven leaf blowers both fall into this category. How to choose the best cordless leaf blower for your needs? That depends on your specific demands and what you want to use it for. This buying guide will give some advice on how to choose the best cordless leaf blower.

The first thing you should consider about is the price. It is sure that you want to get the best cordless leaf blower at a competitive price in market. If you care about the budget, then the cordless batter-operated leaf blower is a good choice. It has another advantage over electric and gas-powered leaf blowers. The cordless battery-operated leaf blower is much better priced. Besides, the current modern cordless leaf blowers apply brushless motor. That ensures they can provide powerful and consistent output.

Quite and low emissions

The cordless leaf blowers are absolutely eco-friendly. The low fuel emissions are an important factor. That is an optimal option for those customers who do not want any kinds of pollution. Some may take negative view on the leaf blowers. Many see the gas-operated leaf blower produce loud noise and thick smoke during working. The cordless battery-operated leaf blowers can get you out of this concern. Some local area has some regulations on emissions and noise. The cordless battery-operated leaf blowers can be a good choice. Your neighbors will also be thankful for its low noise and emissions. However, you have to consider about its drawbacks. Even they can run well with high speed. The power can hardly support it as well as the gas-driven or electric leaf blowers.

Lightweight and easy to handle

Cordless leaf blowers have another advantage. It allows the users to move freely and do not need to worry about any cords plugged to electric sockets. And the battery-operated leaf blower is not as heavy as gas-driven leaf blowers. Even with a battery, its compact size enables you to carry around freely to clear up the debris. Moreover, some products have variable speed settings and ergonomic design for handle. That ensures you can complete cleaning tasks in a comfortable status. In this way you can take it far away to clear up the leaves and debris, without any limitations.

Low maintenance

There is no need to refill the gas, to check the oil, or to repair any electric cords. Today’s cordless battery-operated leaf blowers sue Li-ion batteries for power supply. It can provide steady output even in a low power. Most importantly, it can be recharged for several time during it lifetime. When you are looking for a battery-operated leaf blower in shop, you have to pay attention to two factors. Its estimated run time at full power and its recharge time. Prepared a backup battery to prevent cleaning tasks from terminating during use. Otherwise you have to wait for long time until it is recharged full.
